This is the best Chinese in Central Florida, I dare say. We tried others in Citrus county, and none would measure up to Chopstix. Moved to Orlando, none of the Chinese restaurants there were the same. Moved to the Midwest now, none of the Chinese restaurants here measure up either. They’re not perfect, a few times the food was just ok, but both my husband and I, with all of our dissimilar tastes, keep getting Chopstix every time we visit Crystal River. And they’re not even that expensive!

Best food and owner in the state! Only place I eat. All food is fresh, made with love and care..so delicious. Steamed dumplings are beautiful, perfect not too thin not too thick dough and delicate but flavorful filling. Everything on menu is superbly done. Amazing chef and owner I had to say again, thank you for your delicious food, hard work and kind smiles in the community!

The crab Rangoon is wonderful, crispy and not a bit greasy. The cashew chicken dinner is enough for 2, very tasty, and always freshly made. We call in our order and it's usually ready in about 20 minutes. Been coming here for over 5 years and won't go anywhere else!
