I had a disappointing experience. I placed an order at 6:00 PM and was told the wait time would be approximately 35 minutes. After driving to Crystal River, I was informed that my order was not in their system. I then had to wait an additional 35 minutes while the order was remade. Unfortunately, the interaction at the front counter was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Due to this experience, I do not plan to return.

I finally found the Chinese food I have been craving for several years. Steamed dumplings are tender and filled perfectly, not dry, perfectly moist with a very good dipping sauce. Orange Chicken, perfectly seasoned, moist and tender with the perfect orange sauce. House Lomien is full of perfectly cooked pork, chicken and shrimp. It was top notch. Back Choy is delicious and couldn’t be better. Rachel was the server and also took my order over the telephone. She is exceptionally courteous and thorough, repeating the order to ensure she got it right and making sure all of the condiments were in my bag. This was the best restaurant experience that I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant is small and there are tables if you want to eat in . It was very clean. They deserve the best rating I can give them.

Don't bother. The Mongolian beef is only supposed to have scallions. We received mostly reg onion and very little beef. Over 60 bucks to feed three people. We could almost go to a steakhouse for that. You'd get more for less at panda express. And maybe get what you ordered.

OMG.... I have FINALLY found amazing chinese food. The best fried rice ever! We ordered a few things and everything was delicious. DON'T go anywhere else. This is the 5th place I have tried since moving back, and I won't go anywhere else from now on.
