This is the best Chinese in Central Florida, I dare say. We tried others in Citrus county, and none would measure up to Chopstix. Moved to Orlando, none of the Chinese restaurants there were the same. Moved to the Midwest now, none of the Chinese restaurants here measure up either. Best food and owner in the state! Only place I eat. All food is fresh, made with love and care..so delicious. Steamed dumplings are beautiful, perfect not too thin not too thick dough and delicate but flavorful filling. Everything on menu is superbly done. Amazing chef and owner I had to say again, thank you for your delicious food, hard work and kind smiles in the community!
