Excellent brewery, very cool spot and story! The beer is so different and tasty, the service was amazing and the location was cool, a very large and unique place. I highly recommend this restaurant/brewery if you’re in the area.

I’ve been here many times because a friend of mine plays in a band that plays there. I’ve met the owners there and they’re nice people but our experience last night was not a good effort. I don’t like the idea of having to wait on myself but I can live with that but when I go to the bar is where it all fell off the tracks. I ordered two pizzas and two sodas. After ringing up my $31 order the bartender brings me the two sodas. After getting back to my table I realize the one soda is not what I asked for. I go back to the bar and clarified it with the short brunette and she has an attitude. She switched it out but again brought me the wrong soda a second time. When I tell her she got pissed so I told her it’s simple’ a diet coke’ and smiled. She then tells me how busy it is and how some people can be nicer ! Then she is telling other customers this. I did absolutely nothing wrong. I wasn’t rude to her and gave a good tip. She was clearly embarrassed because she couldn’t even get two cans of soda right and she thought she would make me look bad. The food was good, the people and atmosphere was great but as the saying goes, one bad apple can ruin everything. And it did. We won’t be back!

Their staff is always friendly however the food is still not on par. Burgers are average but need more flavor / volume on the beef. The July special of “ corn to be wild “ is not worth the price of $7.50 for “ two pieces” what they mean is two half’s of deep fried corn with butter. We purchased the blackened burger, pepperoni flatbread and the Caprese.

For my impromptu pizza review and visit to COPP Brewery & Winery, I was absolutely blown away and not expecting this incredible pizza. Highest recommendation. 9.4/10. I arrived at 7:30pm tonight (Friday night) where there was music playing in the beer garden 🍺 with a DJ playing the tunes. There was about 50 customers outside, several of which were dancing. I ordered at the bar inside at 7:36 and chose the "MEATZA", which is a 12" pizza with house made sauce, ham, pepperoni, sausage, bacon and mozzarella. It was $17 for this combination (plain cheese is only $12). It took 23 minutes, which isn't bad for a very busy Friday night with outside delivery to my table. Crust: This is a 2 day fermentation, artisan quality with a crisp, airy, flavorful dough. It is cooked in an authentic wood fired pizza oven for approx 4 minutes at 650°. The dough is ran through a sheeter to obtain a crisp crust. This was absolutely incredible. 10/10. Sauce: This house made sauce was very good. Fresh and balanced that has a flavor profile that contributes favorably. 8/10. Cheese & Toppings: The cheese here stole the show. I personally buy either Grande cheese at my supplier in Tampa (Gordon Food Service) or Buffalo mozzarella at specialty shops for my own pizzas in my pizza ovens but this was very very very good. Fantastic ingredients all around. Very good balance and all were very fresh. My least favorite was the ham (mild) but it was still very good. I enjoyed the sausage and just wish it had more on it as it was slightly sparse. Neither the cheese nor the toppings were greasy, which was great. The bacon was great and fresh with a great crisp. I also really enjoyed the pepperoni. Next time I'll ask to add ricotta as that's my typical go-to topping. 9/10. Bonus: Beer Garden with Live Music. +.1 Bonus: Authentic Wood Fired Marra Forni Pizza Oven. I've attached an older picture of the oven from their Facebook page. +.1. As I realized the importance of eating pizza with my hands from my last review that was torn apart a bit 😂, you can see here the pizza holds up incredibly well for all you lovers of this popular style. I'll share however they provided me with a ceramic plate along with knife and fork without even asking ❤️ I can't believe I never tried this pizza before and I'm blown away my new favorite and authentic pizza place in Citrus County is at a brewery. Looking forward to going back and trying more varieties.

Good food, excellent drinks. Wood fired pizza is so good! And their sparkling wines are excellent. I recommend the Holiday Hooch!

My family visited on Saturday 11/23/24 for some afternoon beers. The beers were excellent, we especially liked the stouts, the outdoor space is really nice as well and they had some fun games to play.
The young gentleman working as bartender this afternoon was absolutely fantastic, some of the best service we’ve received at a brewery. We will definitely be back!

COPP Brewery & Winery absolutely rocked it last night!! The entire process from the planning to the wedding day itself; they accommodated every request and truly made our night one to remember! The staff was absolutely phenomenal; my guests had nothing but positive comments to say and they checked in with me and my new groom throughout the entire night. They made sure we were well taken care of. The chef also killed it last night! Everything was so completely perfect and it couldn’t have been that way without the support we received from COPP. For anyone needing a venue you should definitely start your search with COPP!! Besides being an excellent venue it is also an exercise dinner spot, they always have tons of activities going on and you are always served cold drinks and hot food!! Thank yall so much!!

The service was excellent even though busy.
The Caprese Salad was good the pizzas were really good and perfectly cooked!
Their non alcoholic selection was poor missing the great ginger beer they use to make!
But overall 5 stars. (Bit of a dungeon atmosphere)

Absolutely great place! The owner, staff and bartenders (Ron/Felicia) had us come back 3 days in a row. I really wanted a shirt, but they were out of my size. Escaping the hurricane is tough, but this spot made it easy. I'm hoping i can eventually order someCaptain Bligh one day in a local pub. Please keep up the good work, and I'll be ordering a shirt when they are back in stock!
