Arrived today with 14 people needless to say upon ordering they. Told us they didn’t have anymore brisket which was $13 on the menu in which 7 of the people were gonna order so had to pick something else so ordered 6 orders of wings for an appetizer at $10 an order. In which they said they were out of wings they were gonna start smoking more should be done in an hour needless to say they don’t take reservations the place is big and everything else was fine. But if you know you’re gonna get busy (a band started at 7) shouldn’t you have stocked up on wings and brisket first? It was a Saturday. They dropped the ball and lost out on a lot of money good luck won’t be back. Oh forgot to say my wife asks the chef in kitchen that they should probably stock more food on weekends. And he said. Oh well This place need a new manager and again a wood fire pizza oven won’t make me come back will probably run out of dough or cheese. Just a ridiculous way to run a place

We found an gem in Citrus County! We've been in different days of the week, different times... It's always so much fun! The food is great, the staff is great and the atmosphere is amazing. Absolutely love the bartenders, they always make your visit so much fun from jokes to trivia including the entire bar so everyone is included. The beer and wine selection is also amazing! We love to try different beers so this place is a gem! We also recently found the courtyard and OMG it's amazing. We tell all our friends and many will be going with us soon. Thank you for this great addition our community.

We have been there twice. Both times were great. Great beer and people. Very nice atmosphere. They also a winery. And light food. The soft pretzel with the beer cheese was very good.Jodi was a pleasure behind the bar.

They now only have bar food, no real menu. Supposed to be something new coming soon. Will have to wait and see

We visited Copp Brewery for dinner, and, of course, to try the beers. We enjoyed the food and the beers were great, but the way things operate at this establishment has a lot to be desired. We entered as a party of two, and when two people go out for dinner and drinks, the expectation is to spend time with the other person. We spent maybe half our time at Copp doing that, and the rest of the time, one of us was at the table and the other waiting in line. When we walked in, we were seated in a booth and noticed the signs to order at the bar. There were no beer menus on the table, so I asked an employee for one, who told me I could get one at the bar. I saw a long line at the bar, so I looked for a QR code, but didn't see one anywhere. I checked the website to see if they showed what was on tap. No menu of any sort there either. So I got in line at the bar. I made friends here, as the people in line were very cordial. In fact, the topic of discussion was how the lady tending bar was taking care of the seated people at the bar and the line we were in was her last priority. How frustrating for me and everyone in line. All I wanted was a beer menu, too. I finally got the menu, took it to our table to decide what to order, and then had to go back to the same line again to order. It was longer than before. I started to regret coming here and politely waited to order our beers. I was smart this time and asked for a food menu too, because I only saw beers listed on the menu I got the first time. I brought the beers back to the table and they were very good. We picked our meals, both salads and since those got ordered at the bar too, I went back for my third time now in the even-longer line. Another wait. The bartender entered my order into their system and handed me a pager with instructions to go to another counter to pick up the food when the pager went off. I had to ask if that counter would also have a long line and I just got a dirty look in response. I'm just a customer, after-all and I've been away from our table more than I've been there at this place. My tip for anyone visiting Copp on a weekend night is to come in a large enough group and take turns who gets stuck waiting in line. For two people, it simply doesn't work so well

I took my husband and the kids to rainbow Springs for a weekend. We enjoyed it so much we found this cute little brewery in Winery that had snacks and I absolutely love their local wine and beer. The workers there were super friendly and my kids had a great time as well.

Fell in love with their Southern Grit at a nearby restaurant years ago. Great experience dining at their new location. Took home a growler & we'll definitely be back for a refill & to try more from the menu.

Visiting grandparents from Chicago and found this gem. Delicious sandwiches and beer! Wonderful service! I can't wait for all the food updates. Best place to eat in Crystal River!

Always impressive! We’ve been coming here for about a year, and it just keeps getting better as they adjust the menu, atmosphere & drink selection. We love the beer and wine — their cream ales and southern grit are top-notch — atmosphere is chill and includes a beer garden with yard games, music and throwback board games to play at the bar or table, and the FOOD is simply AMAZING with delicious originals like the onion cheese dip & coney flatbread and classics at the highest quality and with unique twists — the Cuban & BLT rise above their typical counterparts! Top it off with the a convenient location that still manages to be off the beaten path & friendly staff, and you’ve got your quintessential hidden gem.

Ok, so we get there and the full menu isn't available because the previous restaurant lease wasn't renewed. No biggie. Everyone was nice. But, I bought a few wines. All was well until the Roovino was opened a day after. It's pruny, or skunky however ypu want to put it. I do not recommend. Since moving they have been in decline.

Copp Brewery changed their menu late November 2023 , their flatbread is on point, the Reuben was particularly satisfying and complemented the Copp brews nicely. Recommend giving them a look if you haven’t in the past month or so. Staff are super friendly too.

We come almost every week and have always loved their food. Tonight we come in and they are only serving a couple sandwiches and some appetizers at the bar. No more restaurant, just bar food! We are so disappointed. There's plenty of other places serving bar food in town, they ruined a good thing.

Wanted to go to a winery where we could have a flight. Prohibition Grill at Copp Brewery & Winery had it and good beer choices. Ronnie was our server 11-25-23 and he was so attentive, patient, and thoughtful- really appreciated him. Ribs were very meaty, really enjoyed the crawfish nachos and coconut shrimp. It was a fun afternoon. Liked the music too.

Fantastic Food and Drinks! Super fun and friendly atmosphere! You just feel welcome when you walk in. It's cozy and everyone was happy and inviting. We're not locals and everyone was asking how our manatee trip was and even gave us recommendations. The menu has something for everyone. We had the lobster mac & cheese and ceviche wish was perfection. THIS IS THE GO TO SPOT FOR FOOD AND DRINKS.

we went as a large group at 4 pm, and the party was handled very well. The food was very good, but there were no options for me, since I'm Whole Food, plant based and prefer something with less or no meat! The wine was good. Add some menu items for WFPL, no meat, no dairy, no oil customers. This is why I eat at home 90% of the time!
