Found a cockroach in my gravy while eating chicken tenders.Called the store asking for a refund and they told me they would only refund me .59 cents for the gravy. Disgusting

The combo meal I ordered came with a free sundae. When I went back up to get my sundae both men behind the counter acted like I was trying to cheat them. They were quite rude!

Since new owners took over the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere has gone up through the roof. Feels like the early 2000s vibe that we all long for!! Would give ten stars if we could!!

We visit this location often but tonight may have been the last time!!! Went through the drive through and was rushed at the window. Guy at window was handing me two blizzards and kept one in his hand until I gave him payment which is fine but did not scan my phone cause he was in such a rush. Then gave me the oh well look. Gave card back with no receipt. Got home to find over an inch of empty space. It would be nice to get a full cup for the price.
