Since new owners took over the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere has gone up through the roof. Feels like the early 2000s vibe that we all long for!! Would give ten stars if we could!!

We visit this location often but tonight may have been the last time!!! Went through the drive through and was rushed at the window. Guy at window was handing me two blizzards and kept one in his hand until I gave him payment which is fine but did not scan my phone cause he was in such a rush. Then gave me the oh well look. Gave card back with no receipt. Got home to find over an inch of empty space. It would be nice to get a full cup for the price.

I ordered my food and had a coupon. I handed the cashier my coupon which was on my telephone. They dropped my cell phone laughed about it. They told me my coupon wouldn’t work so I said OK but do you just realize you dropped my phone and now my screen is cracked and that’s about a $200 fix. I explained to him that it was unacceptable for him to drop My Phone in laugh about it. He then proceeded to laugh even more even after I repeated myself and said this is a $200 fix that you cause because you dropped my telephone and laughed about it. I asked to speak to manager was told they were busy. I didn’t wanna cause a scene in store as there were children inside the store at the time so I said OK I will call later to speak to manager. I waited 20 minutes. Call to speak to manager got hung up on several different times. Called corporate told corporate what happen Hopefully corporate takes care of this as I now have a phone screen that is broken. Not only that the service was terrible in the food was way overcooked. The fries were soggy my bread too. My burger was so hard. I couldn’t even bite into it and I didn’t realize this as I was upset about my phone so I was worried about getting home.

If I could rate zero stars I would
Sprinkles in the blizzard, you could almost count how many sprinkles were in there
I asked for rainbow sprinkles in my blizzard and on top of my blizzard, I had to repeat it four times and then when I got to the window, there was no sprinkles on top. I said to the girl sprinkles on top please she said well yeah they’re sprinkles in it. I said yes ma’am, but I want sprinkles on top also as I ordered. She rolled her eyes Gave an attitude snatched the blizzard out of my hand, took the top off and flung it ! Then put a PINCH of sprinkles on top, put a new top on it and flung it to the window.

That girl needs a serious attitude adjustment, and a new job!

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Hamburgers are my favorite. This is why I rated #2. The banana split toppings were too liquidity falling all to the bottom. And....we brought it to the managers attention never saying a word or acknowledg our concern.

Best place for ice cream after a swim.

Doesn't honor the free small blizzard for teachers and Healthcare workers. Looking at the low reviews not really surprised.
