While I was ordering through the drive through, I emptied my water bottle on the ground, just water not a big deal. At the window the owner/server yelled at me and was extremely rude just because I dumped some water outside. She embarrassed me in front of my coworker. I will NEVER come back to this dairy queen store ever again. She is rude, unprofessional and she has poor people skills. I will contact the Dairy Queen headquarters and talk to them about this store and the owner. Additionally, the place inside is very dirty that is why I went through the drive through.

I went there to buy a Oreo blizzard cake. When I went in the store I noticed how dirty it was, then when I looked in the freezer at the cakes there were only a few and they didn’t have the one I wanted. They were all severely freezer burnt. I then went to the counter where the manager and employee were standing. I asked if they made them to order the manager looked at me like I had two heads. I asked if they had any Oreo cakes in the back. The manager then looked in the small freezer behind the counter and tried to sell me one of those but thankfully the employee said that the ones in that freezer had melted and they refroze them, which I would have seen the freezer burn if he took it out of the freezer. If you are looking for an ice cream cake don’t waste your time going to this location. I drove to Inverness to get a fresh one instead.

Doors were locked by 9:15pm on a Saturday night when they are opened until 10pm and employees were signaling to go through the drive thru from the kitchen and no one would answer the phone to place a phone order. The drive thru was not an option as we were towing a boat.

Wife and I got the 7 dollar special. She got the 3 piece and I got the cheeseburger. Just enough food.

Ordered strawberry shake, brownie and Oreo cupfection and fish sandwich. The ice cream stuff was good but the fish sandwich was ice cold in the middle. I tried calling 15 times, no answer and went to voicemail were it is only for employees. The one time I did get an answer they hung up on me as I was trying to explain what had happened. Never going back again and if I get sick I will drop the vomit off to them personally.

Ordered a banana split blizzard and a choc covered strawberry blizzard. Received two vanilla ice cream blizzards with choc pieces and a hint of fruit. Both were very "soupy" as well. Won't be returning here.

It’s Dairy Queen. Staff has always been chill. Food has always been decent. Could use a little updating but it’s still a great little place.
