The manager and cook were so mean and unhelpful to the new wait staff it was awful. In ocala Florida just now. The manager helped her punch it in and it was all wrong however she read us our orders back and she wrote it all down right. All of our orders came out wrong and at different times but the cook was yelling at the young girl to take it out but when she did they yelled at her for bringing them out at all different times. The manager kept saying it was busy but there was 5 table 3 with 2 people 2 tables with 4 people. No one should try someone so badly. We drive down to Florida every year form Canadian and always stop at Denny’s and have never had a complaint until now.

Great service, our cups never got empty, food was great, my husband got the T/bone steak breakfast the steak was better than some steak house we’ve been to. Clean restaurant clean bathrooms, friendly service.
It took 2 hours to get our food to our table ranging between lukewarm and cold and also forgot a meal. Drinks took 45 minutes to get to our table. Server was no where to be found most of the time. Horrible experience. We watched multiple similar sized groups come in after we were seated receive their drinks then food and finally they paid and left as we were just being served. Manager gave us a discount to try to remedy the situation but when we went to pay the server told us our total was 30 dollars more then what the bill read. When we told him what the manager did they told us they didn't know how to fix it and they didn't know where the manager was so we had to wait for the staff to find her for it to be finally fixed almost 3 hours after we got there. Ridiculous.

Took my family for breakfast this am as I have many times. We were a party of 5...when I ordered I made it very clear to my server Karen that my doctor had put me on some new dietary restrictions due to some stomach issues I have been having....that restriction being that my food needed to be cooked with real butter only no margarine...when I recieved my food my English muffin was slathered with margarine I asked for another dry with butter on the side, after eating a few bites of my plate my stomach began to hurt and get inflamed I looked very carefully at the eggs on my plate and recognized that bright yellowish substance known as margarine. It was obvious they disregarded my request and tried to feed me all kinds of margarine hoping I wouldn't notice. Well I did and so did my stomach. To anyone looking to eat here with special dietary needs for you or a family member...I would go elsewhere.
