The morning crew at the Lecanto location inside the mobil station are the best group of women. They are always cheery and work very efficiently. They help out when the app is not working and make sure everyone gets their orders in a timely fashion.

Very shitty service. They take your order then wait till you get up to the window to tell you they are out of dont have it. They should already know this while you are ordering. I have worked fast food before its not that hard especially when everyone has a headset on and you can hear what the person is order. Very poor management.

I’m ride or die dunkin and used to work there STOP PUTTING BUTTER AND EVERYTHING SEASONING ONE OKAIN BAGEL MINIS they are so messy and disgusting I may add. If yall are out of everything bagel minis just tell people that and offer them plain because this is the second time yall have done that and it was edible this time but last time I had a pool of butter in my bagel minis and very messy too. This is unacceptable please stop doing this your not making anyone’s day by doing it because it’s disgusting

I was genuinely disappointed in dunkin this morning when I paid the upcharge for the Halloween spider donuts for my daughters and they threw the sloppiest donuts I’ve ever seen into a bag completely ruining the whole experience for them. The legs were not recognizable, it was black icing smooshed into purple like marbling. They cut the donut hole in half! And shoved it in the hole without eyes. If you’re going to upcharge a donut, it shouldn’t look like something pulled out of the trash can!

We will not be doing business no longer at cryatal river location. We frequent this location 4 or 5xs a day. When Dana (the manager) is working our coffee is never made right. We even bring our coffee back to them. This morning once again Dana rubs her mouth and attitude bout coffees not having sugar in them (like last few times) then Dana runs across store and leaves her nice workers there to deal with situation. Beverly hills fl had a manager that acted same way and ran a ton of business off. Same things occurring at cr location. I will be telling everyone how Dana spoke with my child in the car abd this isnt the first time. Do better dunkin donuts. You got good workers there but you got a woman that shouldn't be a manager. We will be taking our business to a different coffee ship across street. Do the math of how much we did spend at your location. Twice a day we order 4 coffees. To regular and 2 large speciality made ones. Then 3xs a day we cane threw for 2 reg coffee and food. Not nomore... Until you get a better manager.
