The staff is nice, and dunkin is dunkin, but half the time I mobil order to save time, I have to go back because they got it wrong. Got 2 muffins instead of donut, got bagel bites instead of munchkins, a mocha drink instead of caramel.

Just left, the young lady who assisted me is always super friendly and efficient. The place was busy and the staff is grace under fire. Hot, fresh coffee and clean store. The gentleman welcomed me as I walked in. I don't even know how he saw me while doing three other things simultaneously! You guys rock and deserve adulation!!

Poor service coffee usually made wrong made the mistake of coming here again today and got an ice cold chololate milk when I ordered a hot chocolate then an employee tried to tell me they could not refund me but could remake the drink for me when I told her you can give me a refund she told me she couldn't do a refund her manager could but she was taking an order the manager did give me my refund when she came over. Just wild to me that it could take twice as long to make the "hot" chocolate than latte that was part of my order but none of the people who passed the cup around realized it was ice cold 🙄

I love this Dunkin. I can always count on them when McDonald's doesn't have ice cream. Unlike McDonald's, Dunkin CONSISTENTLY has ice cream. Good service, the team always has an uplifting attitude and I can appreciate that!

I love my ladies at this Dunkin. I come here almost everyday. They work their butts off and my order is usually always right! BUT that manager Dana (I believe). She needs to be reeducated on how to manage. She is always heard yelling at the team. Or just being down right rude to them. I understand drive thru times and being busy can be stressful, but I also understand a toxic work environment in which this one lady is creating. Do Better Dana!!!
The new guy working there is absolutely terrible. Poor customer service. Waited for over an hour for my order that was not complex nor big. Thought that 4 tiny creamers would suffice 2 big box coffees. The whole order was wrong. Won’t be coming back. Also to note, it’s not professional to talk poorly on a customer as they are leaving when you obviously don’t know what you’re doing.
