Went here the "old fashion way." AKA walked in and stood in front of the cashier register, with the idea of getting a coffee and some pastry and enjor a break sitting down in the nice coffee shop.There are quite a few employees, and they all ignored me for about 5 minutes. Since I was the only human on the other side of the counter and at 6:6 280 pounds, I assumed I'd be seen.After the first minutes, I decided to experiment and see how long it'd take until I at least got a good morning.Well, 5 minutes in, I decided to ask for the manager. No answer, but a young lady came and asked what I needed.Mind blogging.The food is what you expect of DD. The shop is really nicely appointed. In that location, it would be a good spot to socialize if it wasn't by the lack of customer service.

I just don't understand when we order 2 large .. they come half full?I had more air an foam in my cappuccino than anything.Almost 10 bucks for 2 large cups that was halfway empty?
3 TIMES A DAY, EVERYTIME EXCEPT THE MORNINGS BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW TO MAKE COFFEE, GO AFTER 12? FORGET IT. NO SUGAR AS USUAL. WE SPEND A LOT OF MONEY HERE EVERY DAY. WONT BE GOING BACK IN THE AFTERNOON. THE MORNING CREW? YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Donuts are pretty good, but get there early if you want to pick your donut as they do run out pretty early. Drinks, well, meh, they are ok. I prefer coffee

Iv gone to Dunkin every morning for 3 years only lately every food order is wrong coffee is always good tho,this morning pulled up to drive through and waited my turn like any other day but when I got up to window I was told there oven wasn't up to temp, and could only make a hot coffee America will run on Wawa I guess ?

I get off at 10:40 I got to the drive thru at 10:45 nobody answered and it was already closed when I thought the new hours were 5am to 11pm but apparently they close at 10:30pm so don’t try to use the drive through on the posted times. Also don’t call because 90% of the time nobody answers the phone it used to be great but has went downhill I haven’t even tried complaining about the taste of burnt coffee from not stirring the iced coffee 6-12 times like you’re trained.
