It’s crazy how there were two people in drive thru and you guys thru my food just in the bag. Sauce everywhere in the bag food opened when served out the window. Definitely do better

Paid in the drive through at 7:56 pm and was asked to pull around corner and food would be out very quickly. 14 minutes later and still no food. This is quite ridiculous as we only ordered two snack wraps. Be better.

People like Shift Manager Joshua are the kind of people that we need to make us great again! - Politicians are worthless towards this effort.
The drive-thru was packed with customers, and I absolutely needed a #7! So I had no problem parking and heading inside to place an order. Once inside, I honestly was taken a back at how pleasant the overall environment was. Taking orders took much longer than I had anticipated, but as I waited I grew impressed at how effective Joshua was, running this place like a friendly homestyle cafè. Additionally, he was advising two courteous self motivated trainees Karen & John. Assisting the drive-thru employee. All while cooking the orders and ASSURING all customers he had their backs.
And he did! He made my breakfast sandwich customed to exactly how I wanted it, in no time flat!! Despite my order tasted like is was prepared in a homestyle cafè, and all customers in the lobby were enjoying the great vibes.

I'm about to eat something from there now but figured I'd take a minute since this was from last week. I normally come to this Hardee's in Crystal River but there are times when I have to go elsewhere to another town. I won't mention it here, I will say each Hardee's does its own thing including pricing. The only gripe I've had lately is then running out of my wraps and also my ranch sauce that goes on the wraps. I spend sometimes $30 a day here. They have never seen me but they know who I am. 8 ranch wraps NO lettuce Xtra ranch & Xtra cheese and 8 ranch cups on the side which they do charge me for that no other store charges me. Liz and Corey (hope I spelled it right) give me exactly what I need. I get my food the exact way I need it to be especially fresh because I'm disabled and bed ridden and one of my issues is hard food. I'm older and the medications I've had to take have ruined my teeth and bones. I have no teeth. They give them to me soft enough to where I can eat it with minimal pain. I only eat half, my spouse gets the other half but he's totally addicted to these things lol. Anyway, to my disappointment I had to go elsewhere because they ran out of ranch and it was awful. They got some so I had them picked up yesterday but today I'm told I can only get 6 as that's all that was left. Luckily tomorrow the truck is supposed to come in. Idk how you have run out of this product but I hope you buy a little extra product so I don't have to go anywhere else. I didn't eat for a few days because it was so hard at the other place even tho they charged me much less. I'd rather pay for something we want then get a discount on something I won't or can't eat. Know this much about me, I've had a hell of a life and I've starved a lot growing up and now I can't eat hardly anything without being sick from it so I pray I don't get tired of these anytime soon. I'm not doing very well health wise so I'm picky about what I have and it's the quality that gets me coming back here. You guys are worth any wait I have to do, I just hope I don't have to do that too much lol.

I'm very tempted to follow suit lol...don't worry, the crazy wrap lady will not stalk you to another country lol, but I will miss your wraps greatly. Everything was good, first customer of the day and got food fairly quick.
We are always treated special like we are one of the neighbors. We enjoy when Liz waits on us. She knows us by name and treats us very respectful. Liz pays close attention to the way we want our order. Liz is an all around employee. We look forward to seeing Liz every time we are there. We love Liz!

The manager on duty, Liz, was awesome! She needs more people to help her in the morning than just one person. Nonetheless she was great! She had to run the drive thru and wait on the lobby.
