Highlander Cafe is now Cattle Dog Coffee Roasters! Awesome!

I went there 3 times, 3 days in a row. The first day I barely made it in (closing time); the lady was kind enough to allow me to order to go, kind of pricey, but I loved the cheesecake and her kindness (I think it was the owner). The next day I ordered 3 croissants, 2 cappuccinos, and a piece of cheesecake from a nice young man; pretty penny (almost $30). On the 3rd day I went in to reorder the croissants and more, but because it was 2 minutes passed their breakfast time, the tattooed young lady would not take the order unless I order from the lunch menu (double the price) for a different content croissant (did not make sense). I thought I had discovered my new favorite cafe, but I was soon let down by the unreasonable breakfast time rule and lack of flexibility. You have permanently lost a new customer. I recommend that you do away with time limitations and serve your customers everything that you have in your menu anytime you're open for business.

Cute little breakfast place with a simple selection and reasonable prices. Our waiter was very friendly.

Great spot for a bite to eat or coffee and dessert. The BLT is the best I have ever had! I always get the side salad with their homemade honey mustard dressing..i wish they would bottle it up and sell it. :)

This cafe is one of my very favorites, I'll go by myself sometimes just to have their food. The flavours are wonderful and the staff is always amazing. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone that asked.

Did lunch since it was after 11 and too late for their breakfast (which I heard is better than their lunch). Sandwiches were okay. Scones were okay. Service was okay. Not really much to pick from the menu which is confusing how they have it categorized (especially for such a tiny menu). Can't recommend taking a whole family here, maybe one or two people.

Who doesn't like this Cafe. Great staff, great food, excellent deserts. Can't go wrong. Best place for a flavourful lunch with great atmosphere.

I had wanted to try this cafe for a while and am sorry I waited so long. Had a very delicious reasonably priced lunch with excellent service. I will be back and recommend it to anyone looking for well made imaginative food.

Quaint little eatery. Nice front porch. Selection of soups, sandwiches, and salads. Nice attentive staff.

I wanted to thank your employee for so incredibly rude on Saturday, 1/19/19, that I walked out and went next door to the Tea House where my group had an amazing lunch. We may have missed out on an incredible meal had you not been out of almost everything and your staff been overwhelmingly rude. You get the star because your bathroom was nice and cool.

Very small n quaint.... Very good food. Excellent for breakfast and lunch.
