Just drove over a hour round trip to get a family meal. Ordered 12 extra crispy chicken got home nope regular chicken and was gross no flavor skin falling off what happened to the spices and getting the Ordered correct. Trying calling no answer tried filling it online from ticket it doesn't work as well. So I'm done never again kfc

Horrible experience, customer service was non-existent and the chicken was not done all the way. Have not eaten there for 10 years prior and probably won't eat there for another 10 years just for this reason

Go in - place is chaos. Order some meals, after we order and get our food they let us know their drink machine is down and we can't have our drinks AFTER we already paid for them. Didn't get money back for multiple missing drinks for every combo meal. They gave us empty cups though? For what, who knows? Missing a few things (as usual) and the worker is trying to argue and has an attitude about the missing items I paid for - like it's my fault they forgot to put them in the bag. This place is ridiculous and has been for a long time. We need a new chicken joint desperately here.

Quit going since they stopped selling wings came back today my chicken was mushy like it was all wet. Sent it back got me a soda. It was flat all of the sodas were so then I got a tea There were no sugar packets not the greatest experience honestly also when I got here there was nobody working the the counter waited for about 10 minutes before someone came to the front counter
Worst service I have ever experienced. Wow. What terrible attitude from the very sarcastic voice coming through the speaker. I said No thanks and didn't even finish my order. I will not be treated bad for you not enjoying your job. #WORSTKFCEVER 👎👎👎

The food was barely lukewarm, when I (like every customer) want fresh food, especially at $10 for the meal! I'm certain my 3 piece chicken strips and french fries had been sitting around for at least 30 minutes without benefit of warming lights. Pretty pathetic! I won't go there again, instead I will go home and eat fresh food. In tough times like these, a manager should not allow the opportunity for mistakes like this to happen. The first rule is to never forget the reason why you went into business!

Hands down the worst kfc in America. My last 6 orders from here have been incorrect, never warned or offered a replacement, they just give you your bag without telling you hoping you don’t notice, it’s happened multiple times.
