My experience was terrible i ordered door dash order number 900120 and half of my order was missing. I call the location for no one to answer, they need the BBB or something i read other reviews this place is terrible. I will never be back

The person who waited on me her name was Deb. I was ordering a famous bowl and wanted to add on things and she stated my best bet would be to go large. I got a large and a side for a 1.99 and she saved me money. She was so helpful and smiled and that bubbly attitude makes me want to come back to see her. I wish had that attitude.

Trying to figure out when this franchise will operate properly. Every time the lobby is closed due to staffing issues and today 8/27/25 even the drive thru was closed. maybe some competition is needed in the area???

I placed a large online order. I get my food only to realize I needed a large mac n cheese because for some reason with the 8 piece chicken- 8 piece tender meal I accidentally selected fries as the 3rd large item and only got 2 individual mac n cheeses. I assumed this was all that was missing because the girl was confident everything was in my bag. I get home to discover the 4 additional biscuits I paid for where not in any box or bag just the original 4 that came with the meal. Then we look and not one single sauce was put in any bag. Not the sauces that should have came with the 12 piece spicy wings or the sauces that were supposed to come with the tenders. Its frustrating to pay $86.00 for a meal and people hired to provide thr service can't make sure we have the food we paid for. Yet prices have increased and we are always being asked if we want to include a tip for pickup orders. Ridiculous

Ordered 8 pc meal, sides ok but chicken was overcooked and was barely edible. Tried to call and speak to manager but no one answered the phone. Tried 3 times and gave up. $20 is a lot to pay for some mashed potatoes and biscuits.

I just ordered two of them 4 piece chicken meals you know you express on your billboard the four piece chicken for ten dollars one order should come with 4 piece chicken two mashed potatoes two biscuits I ordered two which should be known as two orders so they should not be put together very aggravating when going too two different households and I was shorted two biscuits by the way and the breast of chicken were not done still had pink blood in it. I also ordered the 8 piece free with one extra mashed potato and Mac and cheese they crammed it all together in a small bag one small chicken box and that's very disappointing and dissatisfying for that entire meal of $27.45 all of that to be crammed together like that shame shame

My husband and I were craving KFC and decided to drive the 20 miles to our closest location to bring chicken home for dinner. I ordered my food from the kiosk inside and stood for 10 minutes waiting without one word spoken from the staff. My food was placed on the counter which I could only assumed was mine because no one else was there. I went to leave and realized I was not given the drinks with the meal and went thru the drive thru and again no words spoken except for myself to ask for my drinks. I returned home with my food to disappointment. Will really rethink about it when a craving happens again.

Ordered extra crispy and I get original every time. Then tonight’s chicken was so salty even taking off the skin it was still hard to eat and I salt everything but it was bad.

Just received yet another order from uber . I purchased 6pc chicken 6 oc tender with mash potatoes and gravy mac and cheese with 4 biscuits sauces honey mustard . With the chocolate cake and purchased extra chicken breast . I did not receive the biscuits i did not receive the extra chicken breast nor The dipping sauces The chocolate cakes are mini cakes an actually owed q cake from previous order .calling and cant get a person to answer the phone so yes bad review shame you pay good money and cant get what you pay for even
