The food was barely lukewarm, when I (like every customer) want fresh food, especially at $10 for the meal! I'm certain my 3 piece chicken strips and french fries had been sitting around for at least 30 minutes without benefit of warming lights. Pretty pathetic! I won't go there again, instead I will go home and eat fresh food. In tough times like these, a manager should not allow the opportunity for mistakes like this to happen. The person who waited on me her name was Deb. I was ordering a famous bowl and wanted to add on things and she stated my best bet would be to go large. I got a large and a side for a 1.99 and she saved me money. She was so helpful and smiled and that bubbly attitude makes me want to come back to see her. I wish had that attitude.
