Norton's Riverside Sports Bar and Grill

Head waitress Tina took personal offense to me not accepting her as a waitress on a visit because the first and last time I had her she was rude when I ordered a Greek salad and sent it back to the kitchen, the salad came out with nothing but a small amount of lettuce in a big salad bowl no veggies or toppings nothing. After that I have brought my family there plenty of times since this and had good food and ok service until our last visit about a month ago. We ordered our usual wings ...the waitress we got had an attitude I saw her talking to Tina the day I refused her as a server and she was like maybe she's jealous. Firstly let's clear the air I would never be jealous of another woman I'm the type that likes to love and support others but anyways ego is an ugly monster. I just didn't like the fact she calls herself a manger and #1 would bring me such a sub par salad and #2 get mad at me for not accepting it.... So the wings we got on our last visit were greasy and soggy nothing like the wings we always have gotten so I said something to our waitress Tina's follow along that suggested I was jealous of her (she was our waitress) and her response .. she said well you have to order them crispy what !!! I have never done this before after 2 years of patronage. I didn't leave a tip and left a polite note saying that I hoped next visit would be better. Now fast forward to this afternoon hubby and I went in for our usual hoping for better food and service and got kicked out for leaving an honest review about our experience. I hope they know I'm a seasoned consumer protection attorney and will be proceeding legally as I have the whole interaction on video, and this is not the first time you kicked someone out for writing a review about their experience.

Cheers to a great new find on our annual Crystal River trip. This sports bar tucked into the downtown area offers drinks, big portions and plenty of entertainment. The best part of our dinner was the wait staff. Megan was amazing. 5 stars for the best service I've had in a while. This is a nice comfortable place to kick your feet up and enjoy old Florida.

We always love Norton's but this was the first time an owner was actually in the place. He yelled at the barback/dishwashwasher that was doing an exceptional job. Then yelled loudly at a man outside that was found to be his roomate and was told because I asked for an extra beer cheese with my order and didn't get it that was unreasonable. I wonder why their clients have reduced. It used to be busy month ago.

We are at the new BAYSIDE Restaurant attached to Nortons.

I ordered the fish tacos and my company ordered the shrimp tacos. We shared.

First off, let me just say, they were the bombdotcom! The Naan bread was not expected, but I would not have changed it for anything. It was perfect. I wish we took pictures.

The best part? I couldn’t finish it and it kept real well as a leftover snack later. Something you can’t say about most tacos!

I will definitely be back to dine in this restaurant again. Also, some good wines and I love the Nautical Drink menu!

Come every weekend to relax. Music good ,food good, most services good.But never sit in the bar outside to get the guy bartender. Because you can never ever get his attention to serve you.what you can do is just wait wait and wait …till lose all your patience and yell at him to pay the bill. So shame on him …

Great Wings! Love that we can choose to sit inside or outside. We have got to know most of the servers, they are a wonderful group! We are regulars lol!

Ordered unsweetened ice tea, it was like drinking ice water,, no flavor, we decided that the manager only allows someone to place 1 tea bag in a glass for 1 second.... what happened to Real Ice Tea ?

This has been a favorite place of mine for years. but now they added a nice restaurant right next to the bar and grill. The food was fantastic. The scallop linguine with a cream sauce was so delicious! Finished eating and went right out and watched the band. I like this place even more now. I will be back.
