Waited 20 min because the screen doesn't work. Waited another 15 minutes for cold tater tots and my milk shake which wasn't even a milkshake but ice cream. Horrible service, horrible food, horrible experience, it's no wonder Sonics are getting shutdown all over. This one's definitely the worst though.

This is the absolute worst Sonic I have ever seen. Three weeks in a row I have tried to get breakfast and they have not been open at 9 a.m. in the morning. There are employees there but are for one excuse or another decided not to open. This location deserves a better franchise owner for what could be a great place to eat.

I chose Sonic for the family as an evening treat for milkshakes. After placing our order, we were told by the staff, “ I was just told that the ice cream machine is down”. Note it is 10:30pm on a Saturday night and I watched them serve another order just before me with shakes. Maybe management needs to note their employees are closing shop early and serving what is convenient.
