“We had an Instacart delivery last night and one of our items was missing. I called the restaurant and they offered to make a fresh meal and we could come pick it up. While this is not want we wanted to do, we did. When we got there, the server helping me offered to pay for our food out of her own tips to make sure we were not upset with them. I would not take her money as it was not her fault. But the fact that she offered made this annoying situation so much better. Her kindness was greatly appreciated!!“

“We decided to bring Dad to Beef's for Father's day lunch today and I'm glad we did! Even though they were busy, we didn't want for anything. The waitresses took wonderful care of us. Friendly and quick!
Our food was awesome as well. The fish and chips were great and the crispy chicken bowl was also very good. And, without knowing it Dad got $14 off his meal, basically free, winner winner chicken dinner!

“We’ve been going to Glory Days in Lecanto ever since it opened. We’ve never had a bad meal nor have we had bad service. We would, however, like to give Tracy, a greeter and goodwill ambassador, a shoutout. She is an excellent representation of what a hostess/employee/helper should be. She always wears a smile, is knowledgeable, and takes excellent care of the customers. If I could I would clone her!“
