Philly Cheese Steak 4.75 stars. Rounded up to 5 Star Bread is soft with pull, excellent quality and I will ask to buy bread alone as it is that good. The cheese Inc. with the meat Philly style was white in color and very well-balanced and very well melted. The reason for a .25 star was the meat. More clumpy style not shaved. It's the only thing I could find wrong with the sandwich. Excellent excellent excellent don't expect to be high Greece but this is truly a damn good sandwich. $12.14 large sandwich. I was not impressed with how long it took for me to just get a wedge salad and a fry which by the way looks like the fry was for a child it wasn't much at all it took 25 min for them to make it.. there were 2 men there b4 me and I know they waited way longer then I did and they just got 2 subs . I don't know if I will try them again maybe later down the road once they've been open for a while. This review is for the one that opened in Clearwater.

Can't really talk about the food because I was second in line, waited for a couple to order, the clerk took their order, went into the back, brought them their food, then again went to the back and I waited with no acknowledgement. Waited about 3 minutes, then I just left. If the clerk had at least recognized that I was there, I might have been more patient. But I was a non person, so I walked out and will never go back! I really wanted to try it too, I work close and would have been a nice place to go for lunch.

Had not been there for awhile so today was a treat for me. I ordered my cheese steak with American cheese. Fried onions and cherry peppers. I was famished, l wolfed it down and then realize there were no hot peppers. But loved it anyway ?

The cheese steak is cooked perfectly, well seasoned to the point you could actually taste every flavor added. The bread is perfect for cheese steaks. We all know that the bread is the most important thing to any sub. Also the staff is very nice and they make you feel welcomed and at home. The price is great!!!.
Ordered 2 steak sandwiches and fries to go. One sandwich was ordered without cheese due to allergy. Didnt see until we got home that it did in fact have cheese on it. Making it inedible for them. The fries were ok at best, somehow both soggy and chewy. The one sandwich that did come as ordered was decent.

Super clean. Debbie was so kind and was wearing a mask (which is much appreciated since we are still in the middle of a pandemic). The cheesesteaks were so delicious and satisfying!One note--They still use styrofoam (plastic) to-go containers and cups which are a known hazard to the health of the environment as they are not biodegradeable and contribute to the growing plastic pollution crisis. This is incredibly important in 2021, especially in a coastal state. There are better, affordable alternatives to plastic that should be addressed by business owners, especially since these areas rely on tourism/environmental beauty for local economies.

As a foodie myself, I love Steak Out Subs whenever I come up to Crystal River. The quality of food is always fresh and its a great bang for your buck. You cant go wrong with any of the Hot Subs, they have a great Cheesesteak. Looking forward to the satellite location down in Clearwater!

I wish I could give this place one stars! First of all, the cheesesteaks were DISGUSTING and Disturbing. They had zero meat and I basically had to eat a stale loaf of bread. I asked for extra hots. It had zero hots. The person taking my order made me repeat the order six times. What a waste of money and time! Also, my husband called to tell them and show them what we were talking about and the manager refused to make it right ! Awful service! Awful place! I hope nobody goes there anymore! The peppers on it were probably six weeks old and the fries tasted like they were reheated!
