Fabulous and friendly place for a delicious healthy lunch. Today l enjoyed the Strawberry Salad with a scoop of chicken salad. The generous amount of spinach and arugula were so fresh! Also loved the strawberries, pistachios, and cheese. Can't say enough about the chicken salad. Everything about this meal was top notch.

I’ve been meeting my husband and friends here about once a week for lunch for the last 2 months. My husband loves the chicken breast sandwich, and I love the chicken salad sandwich. We usually grab a smoothie. I walk away feeling good about what I’ve eaten, and I can’t say that very often after eating out.

I love this restaurant. There are so many healthy choices. They change one of their menus, weekly, to incorporate a different produce. It is so cute inside and the staff are wonderful! The food is delicious! I also did one of the juice cleanses from here and felt amazing afterwards! My son loved the hand breaded, home made chicken nuggets!

This is my happy place!
If you want something unique, fresh & out of the box, this is your place also.
Every week they feature a fruit or vegetable special menu. This week was okra. I do not consider myself an adventurous eater. This soup was so good. Flavor punch in every bite. All fresh cut veggies.
The desserts are all made in house.
Muffins, bars, cupcakes!!!!
The workers….Kind and knowledgeable. You feel like family.
I cannot say enough good things. LOVE IT.

Interesting concept but poorly executed. Overpriced food for what amounts to an adult size lunchable. For the same price, the publix deli sandwiches are a better value and actually satisfying.

Wow! Love the whole vibe of this wonderful lunch spot ? Fresh food to nourish your body with, friendly atmosphere to enjoy your lunch break & quality nutrients to power up with!
I ordered the Mediterranean flatbread with chicken added & the beet/ginger shot of juice.
{Please note, beet & ginger should be taken after you have eaten, to coat your tummy in case you're sensitive to beets}

Definitely will come back again & encourage friends to do the same!

Best food in town I love this place, it's all healthy and thoughtfully sourced and made. Kym and everyone here are the best and always make me and my kids feel welcome. They have a regular menu and another that changes weekly with different specials, juices and smoothies. It never gets old and always fun to try something new.

Best kept secret in Crystal River ? Food is fresh , place is so clean ! And staff is so sweet and kind

I love the Chicken Salad. The brownies are amazing too! I tried the soup also an amazing flavor all wholesome and served up with a smile.
