Very delicious food. Fresh and authentic. Fast and very friendly service. Lots of vegetarian options. We had the Pad Thai and the Masamam Curry with Tofu.

Typhoon Thai has delicious food with fresh ingredients and great flavors! The owners are very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the nice atmosphere. The only thing I noticed is that the portion sizes seem smaller compared to other Thai restaurants I’ve been to. That said, the quality makes up for it, and it’s still a great place to enjoy a tasty meal

Wow! A mom and pop hole in the wall with the absolute best Thai food I have ever eaten. I highly recommend this place. You can’t go wrong with this one.

I usually enjoy all Thai restaurants so this was very unfortunate. Service was fine and complementary soup was good but all the dishes were way too salty. Pad see ew noodles were very gummy/tough compared to others I’ve had and my sisters pad lah nah was very peppery and left and weird taste in her mouth also her noodles were all stuck together. Also food all smelled very fishy even though we didn’t order fish

Came here from a work trip from AL and decided to try this place out and I must say, the food is very good. It was very flavorful and authentic.

Overall great flavor but this is the first Thai place I’ve ever had where I got pad kee mao (drunken noodles) and it doesn’t come with noodles lol kinda a disappointment and misleading. Should call it something else. Recommend the spicy noodles if you want something closer to drunken noodles.

Thai Phoon I ordered Pork Pad Thai. This was completely different flavor and style. The pork pieces were very large compared to my other Thai restaurant. This had much cabbage, with other veggies. The item portion was less then my previous restaurant. The complimentary cup of Thai chicken rice soup was excellent. It had a lot of chicken, body and flavor. My previous Thai restaurant soup was very thin and water down, the last time i had it tasted like dish water, could not find any chicken, and little rich. I can recommend this place. My lunch was $11.99 to high in my opinion for noodles

I had an amazing experience at Typhoon in Crystal River! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some delicious food. The menu has a fantastic variety, and everything I tried was bursting with flavor—especially the seafood dishes! The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The outdoor seating area is lovely, providing a great view while we dined. I can’t wait to come back for another meal! Highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a great dining experience!
