Food was delicious, service was excellent, but it's very loud in the restaurant which is hard for my husband as he wears hearing aids.

Great place! Cash only. Very good service. It was busy on a Saturday night with still great service. Nice to sit by the windows and see the water.

It stays so busy, it's hard to find a parking place. You may have to wait for 15 minutes, but if you want good food reasonable price, it's worth it.

Not a bad place inside, however after a very long wait for a table was met with a list of items they were out of. Too bad they didn't post a comment on the board listing all items currently not available. I would not have wasted my time.

While the food is good in the restaurant..it's very noisy, and somewhat pricey. If you want fish to take home and cook...wear your armor. The woman behind the counter was quite rude.. won't return.

It was the best sea food I'd ever had. It was called a low country boil and it was only 26$

These people are rude and disrespectful to the real paying customers even on a slow day.
As a couple in our late 60's and early 70's, we stopped in for lunch on 12/17/25 at 11:40 AM. The place was empty except for a few customers sitting at tables with waterfront views. Luckily, one was left open.
Noting the sign said to check with the hostess before seating, we did and were told to sit anywhere. We chose the table with the waterfront view.
About four minutes later the waitress who appeared to be in her 20's approached the table with two menus in hand. She told us people were already at our table, which was obviously not the case.
We then returned to the counter to find the hostess; she had faded into the background but was within earshot. A male who appeared to be between 25-35 years old (apparently not the owner) came out from the back area and approached the counter. We told him what was happening and he just said the customers the waitress was referring to were coming in as we spoke.
We told him we were clearly there first and what they were doing was not right. He just shrugged, so we left. As we exited the building, what appeared to be two locals, near the same age as the male, had apparently just gotten out of their vehicle and were walking towards the entrance.
No apologies, no explanations, nothing.
Obviously, they don't need $70 dollars' worth of lunch business and a $15 tip on a slow day.
To be fair, we didn't get a chance to try the food, but the review format doesn't provide an option for our situation. To be honest, after the way they handled us, I would have been afraid to try it.

went to watch the boat parade tonight at the Crab Plant and sat at one of the round cement tables outside. we ordered a lobster roll, fried shrimp dinner and the shrimp and scallop mac and cheese. the lobster roll was good, the fried shrimp were over cooked and the mac and cheese was the worst, watery, very over cooked though shrimp, the scallops were good but over all had no cheese flavor. for a $91 meal we were very disappointed. boat parade was great though.
