HORRIBLE SERVICE - horrible !!!! We went and waited for an hour for food just to be told “the kitchen threw your order away because I forgot to go get it” 1- don’t lie, obviously you forgot to even ring it up ! 2- she didn’t even check on us after our first round, we had to start asking the other bartender to wait on us! 3- would never recommend to anyone not even for drinks

Atmosphere is fun and boaty. The restrooms are clean the mahi basket I had was overcooked All dark meat,and kind of like eating jerky. The waitress never came by to ask how our food was. We had to get our own condiments off another table and I would not eat here again

We came here w a party of 8 because we saw good reviews and the owner of the house we rented suggested it. It's a seat yourself place and seems very unorganized. There is plenty of room outside where they could add more tables. It took a while to get a place to sit and when we were finally seated no one came to clear it off from the last customers. No one even acknowledged that we were there, even though we were sitting at a very prominent table in the middle of the restaurant. We sat there for at least 20 min and I finally went and found someone and no one came for another 10 min or so. We finished our drinks from the bar and left. We were very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Sat at the bar at 3pm on Friday. The bartender was awful. She did not acknowledge us for a while and when she did we got our drinks and ordered. Food runner delivered our food that was not as we ordered. We took it anyway. Bartender did not come back till we were done eating. We had to get our own plastic utensils she never checked on us till I asked for a to go box. I did not even want another drink from her. The bar back had a silver long hook that he used to drag a laundry basket filled with ice with the bottom open with small holes all across the floor and behind the bar and dumped it into the ice bin. I almost died. I could not believe it. So much for food handling and food safety. Nice view of the water. We will not be back. We went to Crackers and had clean ice and fresh drinks with friendly service with the same water view.

I'm just leaving the Tipsy Tarpon, I very rarely post bad reviews but two servers walked by me twice while sitting outside neither one of them made eye contact or said they'd be with me in a minute, I waited about 10 minutes. Thumbs down for customer service
