If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. Jen tries to tell customers you can’t get certain items blaming it on AI, when I ordered the same meal the night before in a small, trying to tell me I can’t get a small meal I have to pay for a medium.

I bet if I came at night time when she isn’t there I could get my small meal.

Absolutely rude and ridiculous and then proceeds to close the window in my face. Horrible service. This is a great reason I go here AFTER she leaves.

When we were in the pandemic, we were tolerant of brown or soggy lettuce and apples.

However, yesterday we got two Apple/Pecan salads in the drive thru. Brown lettuce and apple pieces! No excuses for this.

We really like Wendy’s but this needs changed. Please use fresh food.

Something different about the wendy beef. I am an extremely finicky meat eater and the only beef burgers I will eat for the last 3 years are Wendy's. For some reason it is the taste and texture I crave. But the last 3 single burgers at 3 different Wendy's in citrus county, i cluding this one, the beef has had such a n unusually different, not appealing taste & texture, mostly texture for me, that I cannot eat even 1/2 of the burger & Ido mot think I'm gonna try again. The food looked and seemed to be prepared well, fries were hot, and the frostie was superb! Im disappointed, I may reach out to the wendy in the sky......and ask why....

We decided late on a Saturday night that we wanted a burger. So we piled into our car and went to Wendy’s. The automated AI drive through attendant was a bit odd, but we kinda liked it. We had no issues with the automation. At the window the employee answered a follow up question, she was so friendly! Our food was delicious and timely.

Not happy with the AI ordering, in the drive through this will cause me to go elsewhere. I prefer a human interaction. Sorry but you need to get rid of it!

Wendys staff is exceptional even when there were store issues. One drink machine had drinks with no ice, the other was ice with no drinks, low or no carbonation and no ketchup in the dispenser but I'd still say it was a good experience.
