Litterly waves everyone through to park. Gave our food to someone else they drove off after I said your giving our food away. He got smart and said no im not and went inside while we waited 30 mins for our food. With 2 screaming kids who were hungry.

Ordered a baconater an got 2 pieces of bacon 🥓 no mayo just 2 patties . Fries were soggy cold . As for my other meal the chicken was cold in the middle an fries were soggy .. Wendy's needs to step up there game or hire people that actually want to work .
I’m really freaking over coming here getting a 10 peice nugget in fries after work super hungry just to go to eat it and the nuggets are old and the fries are ice cold it is bullshit at this point the only person who gives me my food right is a 20 or so Hispanic girl I don’t know her name but she works at night and is really nice and always make sure a my food is good. But about 2 weeks ago when I went through the drive thru(that girl was not there)I got food and my fries were cold so I went back around and waited 10 minutes for fries that had NO SALT ON THEM because the lady was obviously mad that I wanted new fries but if she woulda just given them to me in the first place there would be no issue.then tonight I got the same thing and the same problem but I didn’t realize until i got home that everything was nasty(I don’t live more then 8 minutes from this Wendy’s)there is no reason I’m paying 10.80$ for cold,old,dry food that I can’t eat. But like I said there is one girl there who always makes sure my foods good (without me ever having TO ask)but everyone else obviously can’t do there job but that girl deserves a raise.

I honestly just needed to use the bathroom. I ordered myself breakfast as well. It was clean quick easy I was the only person in there. It was like 8:00 a.m. so I guess it wouldn't be busy then. But everything was nice and fresh for the morning.
