I dine here quite often. I've eaten at chicken kitchen since the early 90's so I have seen the changes over the years. I've been eating at this specific location on old Cutler road for about 10years. Tonight I bought nothing new. Just my typical deluxe chop, light lettuce,light tomatoes & wife had the same. So as my chicken was being chopped I asked for the skin and was told I need to pay extra for that.🫨 I was confused at first thinking the young lady was...

Went to your store today, the food and service was outstanding, but please get your damn AC fixed.. its summer time and you got your man man on the grill cooking at over 100 degrees inside. Sure hope you give them a raise bc its unfair as a owner to make your staff work with no AC. I left a $10 tip on $ 30 bill bc i felt sorry for them bc the inside of your store was so hot!

Yohandry and staff was amazing! He took care of me after a small thing left out on a delivery. He made me want to come back to this location again and again. Truly delivered,and even added an extra brownie. Great customer service 👏 👌 best I've had in a while. Ps. Always be honest. This location rocks!
