This place needs people who answer the phone that speak English. It's a shame I come to spend my money here and the workers can't even understand anything.

The woman who works at the cafeteria not the waitress should not be dealing with cust. She has no manners whatsoever

This place has horrible customer service. No one speaks English. Are we in a third world country? Come on get it together and hire people that speak English as they should in the United States of America.

I have been going to this restaurant for over 5 years. The food is delicious, authentic Cuban flavors. The ladies at the ventanita are very sweet polite and always with a big smile.

I ordered half chicken with rice and beans plus fried plantains, typical Caribbean food. The portion is more than enough for an average person, so it’s very economical. The chicken is very tender, though the taste is a little too bland for me, but overall it is okay. The service is good, polite and efficient. The dining area is clean and bright. The only thing I think it needs to be improved is the restroom. Overall I think it is a good restaurant.

Overheard the servers talking crap about us for speaking English instead of Spanish. One of the servers didn’t want to serve us because we were speaking English. My husband can speak Spanish but prefers to speak English around me since I don’t speak Spanish. The funny thing is that everyone spoke English to us except the 2nd server. What a disrespectful place. Never coming back.
The tostada was horrible. How can you get Cuban bread wrong? My husbands plate was dirty with old egg. He had an egg white sandwich so was wondering why there was hard on egg yolk on his plate. The tamale and home fries was good. But would not recommend this place. Update: my husband ended up throwing up as soon as we got home from eating this place. He said the food tasted off.

I ordered the lechón asado and the meat was very dry with with no flavor. The black beans were a black paste , as well as the rice. The food was the worse, I’ve ever had. Would NOT Recommend this place to anyone!
