Volcanic Sushi + Sake Miami

I have been wanting to try this place for so long, but kept hesitating. Wow. What we ordered was soooooooo good. Dragons rolls, pork fried rice, and the OMG crab wonton. Those ALONE are a reason to order again. The only negative is that the crab wonton are a small portion. We fought over the last one. (pic of the wontons is not the actual portion, we started eating before taking the photo)

Amazing food and beautiful atmosphere! The Japanese calligraphy on the walls gives it such a special touch. Dayana was super friendly and gave us great recommendations — her service made the experience even better! Highly recommend!

I loved ordering from this place, but lately Quality is not there. I ordered 3 rocking shrimps and they were all burnt. The Caroline bits looked awful to the point that it doesn’t look appetizing. I think is time for me to find a new place.

Amazing sushi and even better service! Our waitress Talyana was absolutely fantastic — super kind, patient, and really made us feel taken care of. She knew the menu well and gave us great recommendations. Excellent place and amazing food !!!

I had a wonderfull experience at this sushi restaurant The food was fresh and beautifully presentes but what really made my visit special was our waitress Talyana.She was incredibly atten tive,friendly,and profesional from start to finish.She made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.Excellent service like hers makes all the difference.Highly recommend this place -and be sure to ask for Talyana if you visit

This place is amazing. Just ate here for the first time. Safe to say I’ll be coming back here on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. I had a variety of cooked and raw food. Everything was delicious.

Superb service, Appetizer Sons special, where’s Wally roll with Volcano Shrimp with rice and mango cheesecake. This was by far one of the best culinary experiences I have had, from start to finish flavors dance across your palette and every bite is just heavenly. Truly a gem of a restaurant with beautiful decor lovely ambiance and incredibly well versed chef!!! You will come back again cuz I’m definitely coming back again and again!!! Well done guys just amazingly done!!!
