Since moving to Florida, my wife and I have been looking for a pizza shop that reminds us of home...well we found it!

The employees are a riot to talk to and they are super friendly and answer questions without beating around the bush or stall. The pizza was sauced perfectly with thin crust just like a good New York style crust and the topping were perfect. The fresh were fried perfectly and unsalted, which we loved and the popcorn chicken...oh the popcorn chicken was perfect and tasted like they were made in house with the red chili sauce was sweet and HOT!

I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who is looking for a local family owned place with perfect food!!

First time dining here, the pizza was fresh and hot the service was quick and polite. The dining area is decorated really well. We will be eating here again as well as recommending it to our family and friends.

IMO their Pizza was best I’ve had in DC area. I love hand tossed, stone oven style pizza like theirs. And the pizza sauce nicely balanced, no acidic taste and not over seasoned nor too sweet. Good mozzarella cheese too!

I’ve still been going back to American Pizza every Friday. Jessica and her team of girls are just great. They are always polite from the phone call to pickup. Last night we had friends in town from South Carolina and we changed it up a little bit. We ordered a Margarita pizza and it was awesome!! As a former pizza snob from NY, we have definitely found the best pizza in Dade City. Thanks Jess and team!!!

Really bad quality Mozzarella sticks. Burger buns cold and not toasted. All food was dry and had no taste.
