would never go to this Dunkin' donuts in Dade City ever again the boyfriend and I ordered a bagel egg and cheese with extra butter and a croissant with butter only it came out to $7 and change. when we got the order there is only a butter croissant and it buttered bagel my boyfriend had to go back in the store and get it redone all over again and they still messed up the order so 1.9 out of 5 that's a treat that deserves zero stars for this restaurant and he better management!
Probably the worst most inconsistent Dunkin we’ve ever been to. Several visits and something is always wrong, messed up, made badly or just out of the basics.
10.11.2026, new review. Large hash browns had 6 hash browns. Large Protein Latte with Sugar Free Vanilla had no vanilla. How does this place stay open? The Dunkin in Brooksville, Fl inside a Circle K / She’ll has more consistency and better food. This Dunkin in Dade is pretty awful.

The donuts are excellent here! Very soft and delicious, I love them. They always have my favorite, Bavarian Creme.

Dunkin' has recently improved its service and food quality after hiring new employees who care about their job and customers. The staff, including Tammy, Jasmine, and Andrew, are outstanding and provide quick and patient service, even in understaffed situations. However, the restaurant often runs out of food, especially in the morning, which can be frustrating for customers. Sometimes, customers experience long waits, with lines lasting at least 15 minutes, and there are instances of items being substituted without notice, which can lead to disappointment. Despite these issues, the employees are generally friendly, and the overall experience can be good. The food remains comparable to other Dunkin' locations, and the recent improvements make Dunkin' a worthwhile visit.
