I frequent treehouse merchantile at once a day since they opened in 7/2021. They have the best espresso and home made pastries in a 50 mile radius. The previous review saying “first impressions count” about a barista being on her phone and messing up a mocha order seems to lack credibility. I have never witnessed a barista ever on their phone at work in all the years I been frequenting this establishment. This is a multigenerational family run business who started providing...
First impressions count. We were standing in the wrong spot for coffee but the young woman at the register was too busy with her cell phone to direct us to the right spot…my mocha was lukewarm and absolutely not tasty, very bitter. Perhaps if she put her phone down while working she would do a better job?
