This was our worst hotel experience ever. Arrived after a late flight from Myrtle Beach, requested and even called ahead to confirm a crib would be in the room. Got to the room to find a broken pack and play on the floor that could not be assembled. The front desk recommended we just put the 8 week old baby on a regular bed with pillows on both sides as they had no other cribs. The room also had bugs and very evident mold growing in the room. They offered points as a "sorry we messed up". We decided to leave and drive the 3 hours back home at 1:00 AM rather than risk our health to stay here. Never again.

Although our stay was short and we had some problems with transfers to the port, the kind attention of Rachel and Teresa made the day much more bearable. They solved our transportation problems very kindly, offering a solution without us expecting it. Very good service from these two reception workers, Rachel and Teresa, thank you very much!

Good overall hotel. No complaints on service or accessibility. I stay in Courtyards just about every week for work and this is definitely on the older side as far as the rooms go but it is very well maintained. Definitely need some bathroom upgrades, tub was in pretty rough shape.

Overall it's a really good hotel, with a high room quality and good service. Location os good if you're flying into or out of Fort Lauderdale, but not as convenient if doing so via Miami Int. Airport. Only drawback is the hotel restaurant, which doesn't offer much variety in terms of it's menu.. On top of that, it's quite a stretch to any restaurants or for shopping and ground transport is non-existent, (taxi, Uber). Has got a gym and pool for guest use which are nice amenities, too. The high quality of the rooms is a difference maker for me, so I would definately go back again for my next work trip to Fort Lauderdale!!
Rooms: Cama de casal confortável, televisão plasma orientável, máquina de café da rainforest alliance, frigorífico, canapé, escrivaninha, climatização, relógio despertador, banheira e chuveiro com excelente pressão de água.

I don't normally shout out people for service but that being said the late night desk lady was the best of the best. Super accomodating

Shuttle service took us to Dania Point and to the airport the following morning at 5am. Bass Pro Shop and nearby restaurant a short stroll across the parking lot. Hotel was CLEAN, excellent service & cookies, well-equipped gym with earbuds for the taking. Lobby was gorgeous and I wish I had been able to make time for a glass of wine next to an aquarium.

The perfect location to Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Rooms and bathrooms are super clean. Also, showers have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This hotel is clean and offers good serves food. Tri-rail station is within walking distance. Last but not least, the workers are super friendly, and the hotel is tucked away in a nice location. Forgot to mention the bed is super comfortable.

Don’t forget “cash” for the free shuttle to the airport Noting like Last minute extortion before a flight.
Avoid at all costs. Stay somewhere else. A/C BROKEN IN MULTIPLE ROOMS. Shuttle service was supposed to be every 15mins was TOLD this specifically by the overnight staff- the shuttle didn’t come until 40mins later. Apparently it’s every 30mins (supposedly). Housekeeping knocking on door @ 6am waking you up when the do-not-disturb was already hung on the door. Wake-up call @ 9:30AM when I specifically signed up for a 10AM not 9:30. No water bottles in room or offered any at desk, fridge not cold so the food I brought with me spoiled, yet another terrible experience with Marriott. It’s why I cancelled my elite membership and switched to Hilton. I travel for work and have stayed at alot of hotels from each chain hotel company. I WILL avoid this Marriott at all costs if I have to come back through Fort Lauderdale. Top-dollar for an awful experience. NO rectification.

Staff at hotel is great but the hotel is falling apart.
1. Want to get to your room quickly? Take the stairs because one elevator is broke and the other could not be any slower.
2. Want to take a shower when you get to your room? Perfect as long as you don't mind no hot water.
3. Want to workout? Hope you enjoy running in parking lots because both treadmills in the pea sized gym are broke.
Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This was a terrible experience started out with I call the shuttle driver he asked if we had our bags I said yes. He said he would be there in 2 min. 10 min later I called again he said he's coming now. The van pulled up to our area as we were rolling our bags to the van he just pull off. So basically he never stopped or got out the van like the outh shuttle drivers were doing. So 20 -25 min later after another call he finally showed up. And he was arguing saying he stopped the first time. So we get to the counter were a older black woman was working trying to check in she said I needed my mmp form I asked if I could send it to her she said no she said I had to print it. So I went to print it and it didn't print out correctly so she made me redo it again. She even asked the lady at the counter if she can help me print it because mine was wrong. So basically it took me 30 minutes to check in after the lady finally helped me print the form the lady at the counter was very rude she was rude to a lot of customers and it took a very long time. The girl that helped me print the form she said it's never like this usually you can just email the form to the counter person and then they check you in. She also was more worried about customer paying for parking then checking people in she kept reiterating that and I didn't even have a car. I was there Saturday May 25th. She needs customer service training.

Haven’t even made it to the hotel and already feel the need to leave a review. We waited for over 40 minutes for the shuttle from the airport with 2 kids. Had to rent a car to get out party to the hotel.
