Depending on the moment depends on your service. Staff was not out going to go out of their way.The rail station is at the front door so you hear the bells and the locomotives starting and stopping. Location is not convenient for any restaurants of any type.Learn how to Uber and Grubhub.
Good convenient place for a pre or post cruise stay. Quick pickup by the free shuttle bus at FLL. Good sized and clean room. Comfortable beds.Note that there is a train track is next to the hotel. A light sleeper may sense the train passing through in early morning. Also there are not many good restaurants within walking distance.

Chose this hotel for the location near the airport and the airport shuttle service - other than the location that is the only 5 star experience I can give. Not much else within walking distance except Bass Pro Shop- there is a small bistro in the lobby but not much kid friendly food.The hotel is older and the beds in the room I had were awful - 2 queen beds -stayed multiple nights and both beds gave me a sore back.
