They have the best pizza in Broward I used to live in Hollywood and I moved to Pembroke pines and I miss cyber pizza whenever I can occasionally make the trip here it's worth it Daniel is a fantastic cook

I’m leaving this review because of how my issue was handled, not just the mistake itself. I ordered a pizza, but instead received wings. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that , what was disappointing was the lack of effort to fix it.
I spoke with three different people and wasn’t offered a replacement, a refund, or any real assistance. Instead, I was told to call back later in the evening to speak to management. When a restaurant makes an error with an order, customers shouldn’t have to chase down a solution hours later.
I was also told the combo I ordered was supposed to be wings, even though the online description clearly states otherwise. That was frustrating to hear.
I’ve ordered from here before and the pizza has been delicious, which makes this even more unfortunate. I just expected better customer service when there’s a clear mistake.
Because of this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again.

This was our first time at CyberPizza Beach and we had a wonderful experience. My mother loved the food, and the restaurant was very clean and well kept.

Special thanks to our server Yoshie for her excellent service and friendly attitude.

We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Ordered my food at 10:53pm didn’t receive until 12:21am.. called twice and my order had been ready since 11:22 possibly a little before… never if I’m in town getting from them… the delivery driver also tried to make me give him a tip after a huge delivery fee and beyond over and hour with cold pizza 😡🤬 didn’t even get my order right and tried to say cause my honest review she wouldn’t fix it and I just do this often 😂
