$20 for a small shake and a cone of ice cream. Ridiculous then the girl wanted a tip.

The milkshake was so watery and it tasted like spoiled milk. I told the guy that was working there and he gave me attitude. DO NOT GO HERE, OVERPRICED AND STALE SPOILED ICE CREAM.

The ice cream is very good, but way too overpriced. Besides being expensive, they charge extra if you choose a regular cone instead of a cup. Seriously? Their menu has hidden fees and the staff do not inform about them either. They just charge credit cards with all those fees, tax and a minimum suggested tip of 18% on top. Never again!

Häagen-Dazs is a chain of ice cream stores specializing in ice cream cones, cups, and shakes. The company was founded in 1961 by Polish immigrants Reuben and Rose Mattus who opened the first ice cream shop on November 15, 1976 in Brooklyn, New York with just three flavors, vanilla, chocolate, and coffee. They now have franchises in the United States and in many other countries around the world. Mattus chose the name Häagen-Dazs name because it sounded Danish and to give the illusion that it was European. In 1983, Häagen-Dazs was bought by Pillsbury who was in turn bought by General Mills in 2001. This Häagen-Dazs is located at the fountain end of the great lawn making it the perfect place to grab a frozen treat during Dania Pointe Events. After taking pictures at the holiday presents display on the lawn some Yelpers fresh from the Yelpies headed here for dessert. It has been a minute since I tasted their ice cream aside from a supermarket pint but I was excited to see that they had the perfect flavor for me, peppermint bark. Pumpkin spice in the fall leaves me cold but I adore winter's peppermint treats. I had a scoop in a waffle cone and they topped it with even more peppermint candy and it tastes just like Christmas to me. A one scoop waffle cone was a bit pricey at over $10 with tip. Along with peppermint bark they had the other flavors you would expect like rocky road, coffee, coffee chip, raspberry, pineapple coconut, mango, strawberry, dulce de leche, vanilla, and pistachio. Shout out to Lilly the sweetest ice cream scooper ever. Although there are no seats inside there are plenty of places to sit all around the lawn. Unfortunately it had started to rain by the time we stepped out bringing an end to the night but this was a great way to finish it.

The music was sooo loud at this location that you could barely hear anything else. Other than that everything was great, it was very packed when we visited but the line moved quickly and the team members were very kind Ice cream was delicious as always so no complaints there. There's about 2 tables outside and none inside since it's a pretty small space

The first and last time I spend $6 for a single kids scoop of basic ice cream. Seriously, go to the store and get the same thing.
