My first time here and I loved it! The decor is great. And the food! OMG. I tried a couple of sushi rolls, appetizers and hibachi. Everything was 10/10. Special thanks to my server Minnie, she was so sweet and attentive. And our chef Chin (hope I spelled it correctly) awesome as well. Will be returning.

Very original themed
Delicious hibachi...the chef was funny and the food was soo good! Our waitress was very attentive and the experience was good overall. Prices are fair for the amount of food you get.

The food was terrible. I sat at the table and ordered hibachi shrimp and my veggies and shrimp came out steamed. I asked the server if the shrimp was cooked hibachi style and she lied and said yes. My meal did not have any taste. Very disappointed. Will never return there again! Oh and to top it off the server was not friendly. Kept hovering over the table. Made it very uncomfortable to eat my steamed “hibachi” food.

The hibachi food was amazing! Everything was delicious, and our chef engaged the group with his jokes. The restaurant was beautifully decorated; it felt like we were in Japan!

The restaurant looks nice. Otherwise service was nonexistent. The waitress, Heather, takes your order and never comes back for refills. Someone at our hibachi table had to find her to get refills. We ordered appetizers and never got them. I informed Heather when she was going to her other table about it. Her response was she would check. By that point our protein was about to be served so I told her we didn’t want it. The food was bland and had to ask for a salt shaker. When we asked for a manager and said how unhappy we were he insisted he was going to get our appetizers. We had already finished our food and once again told him we do NOT want them.

Our chef was the absolute worst non-motivated non-emotional didn’t speak one word. We were out here with my sister and my brother-in-law from Orlando the worst Service the food did not have any flavor and don’t order scallops. You’ll het mini ones that were overcooked.

We came in thinking hibachi is a safe bet — it wasn’t. The waitress was overwhelmed, the salad was limp, and the $12.95 cucumber salad was a joke. Our skirt steak and fried rice had zero flavor. When I told the manager the food tasted like hospital food, he replied, “You should know, you look like you need a hospital.” Rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Never again.

Decent food, good service. I have never seen an asian/ hibachi place where they charge you $4 per person for fried rice with your hibachi. On the check they will include 18% gratuity too.

This was our first time dining at Saito’s. We typically go to Japan Inn for every birthday or big event. Although Saito’s is spacious, has nice decor, and is newer, the food is mediocre and lacks flavor. First of all, the hibachi price includes white rice only. To have fried rice, you have to add an additional $3.95 per person to the price of the meal. Second, you get less food, compared to Japan Inn. The yum yum sauce lacks flavor as well. Tastes like plain mayo. The show was also non-existent. We went for a birthday and were expecting fire and interaction with the party. Needless to say, we will not be back.
