TORO Latin Kitchen & Tequila Library

We were very disappointed with this restaurant and were expecting much more. The hostess looked like she did not know what was doing and came to ask our name under booking after we sat down. The cocktail which I ordered straight up rocks on the side was served warm. I think there was a language barrier with all the staff. The dining room looks feels and sounds like you are in a cafeteria. The furniture its layout and flooring attribute to this as well as the loud echoing. Our server had far too many tables and food took way to long to come out...menu was lacking and food was just passable and expensive. First and last time for us.

We did the tequila pairing dinner. It was and outstanding experience! It was very educational, learned a lot about addictive free tequilas. The food was delicious the chef explained every dish in detail. This was one of the best tasting experiences I've been to. I would definitely recommend!

My friend suggested this restaurant. She has a great eye for good food. The food was delicious, and beautifully presented. The flavor profiles complimented each other. The service was excellent. The food and beverage manager Rich was knowledgeable and personable. My bar tender and server AB was helpful and great at her job. The food runners were well trained and polite. Overall I would recommend Toro Dania to anyone that likes good food and good service. Thank for that experience.

The restaurant is lovely, food delicious and service outstanding. Our server was Aba assisted by Stevens. We will return and bring friends.

Good food. NOT SO good service. Waited & waited Had to ask for refills. Was not told about substitute of potato's in place of yams. NO KIDS MENU. Very loud room.

Specialty drinks were weak, alcohol wise. The food was ok. Short rib appetizer was cool to the touch. The shrimp appetizer was good but missing the aioli. The guacamole came with like 8 chips and some plantains. Guacamole was average. Ribeye was supposed to be mid rare. Came out Rare. Hanger was supposed to be mid rare. Came out Rare/Raw. Steak in the Lomo was supposed to be mid rare. Came out medium. Overall this visit was not worth the $125 per person we spent. Will not be back and will not recommend.

Phenomenal food, everything we ate was perfect - street corn empanadas, short rib arepas, lomo saltado. For drinks, the Mercado is probably one of the best spicy cocktails I've ever had. The ambience is very pleasant, and the staff is incredible. Highly recommend.

We were hoping to enjoy a nice dinner being that this restaurant belongs to a renowned chef, however , It is unfortunate but I must say that the preparation, presentation , and taste were extremely disappointing. Needless to say, I will never be dining there again

We've always had an enjoyable experience at Toro and last night was no different. We really enjoyed the mango ceviche and the empanadas were delicious. We shared the fish which was very tasty and more than enough for both of us. It had been a while since we had visited, but we found the prices to be a bit high though.

Danny the mixologist that runs the bar is amazing and very knowledgeable about tequila w/no additives. Best service with him, so I always sit on the bar side to have his impeccable service and to enjoy all that he shares. You can't go wrong.

Very good service. The bartender was great and very knowledgeable. Food was wonderful and delicious. We will be returning.

Toro in Dania Beach is a must-try! The vibe is South American/ Japanese with a modern flair beautiful decor and great music. Drinks, apps, and entrées were all phenomenal. My whole family left happy and full! Service was fast and super attentive shoutout to our amazing waiter, Danny. Food was unique, flavorful, and top-notch. Can’t wait to go back!

Dining here was a great choice. We were serviced very quickly and were in and out in an hour. The food was great, although a little on the pricey end. The drinks were good, could have been better. But overall, it was a great experience. Would definitely revisit.

Tequila library for the W! Finally somewhere that has amazing tequila choices and not the typical bs tequila. Lots of additive free tequila, bartender is on point. Learn a lot about tequila and he will adjust to your pallette. Make sure to get validated for parking after.

Beautiful evening! Except that when I eat meat, I like it very hot, and I'm a slow eater, and it got cold quickly. Everything else was spectacular. Appetizers, side dishes, and dessert. Thank you definitely will come back.
