Janet was great! She made our drinks perfect at 10A and was very friendly! This place gives off an old school "Cheers" type vibe and I loved it! The jukebox plays all types of genres!!

Unless you want a hear an earful about politics, don't go to this place. We visited wayside earlier in the day and had a great time with the bartender and other local people. After bar hopping we decided to head back because of the great time we had. Unfortunately we were greeted with a large male employee with a weird hat who only cared about the way we voted. Never thought I'd have to raise my voice about something I consider myself in the middle about. I highly recommend coming here if you liked to be labeled a "nazi" but other than that do not go.

Fun local bar with a killer jukebox. Parking situation sucks but great bartenders with good prices and a nice local crowd. This is a great local dive bar.

Do not go here if you cannot handle cigarette smoke. This bar is so great. Friendly, low key, affordable. Margie (i hope i spelled that right) is a great bartender. Killer bloody mary (maria in my case). She was extremely welcoming as were her regulars. I was in from out of town, and they made me feel at home.10 out of 10.

Nobody knew my name when I walked into this Boston bar yesterday. But that's o.k. It's been some time since I had a beer there. In fact, the black cowboy hats hanging from the ceiling are long gone, I learned.Of course, I learned that from talking with a handful of regulars who were busy talking and drinking. The bartender, Margie, also joined the locals in conversation. And after I introduced myself, she even served up a friendly "Welcome back."In short, it was just what I needed. It's been a long three years for my elderly dad and me, and I needed some time away to just talk to people. And the regulars and bartender were willing to talk, even though they didn't know me or my name!Cheers!

Good place for a cold beer after work.
If you don't smoke skip this dive bar. BTW beers are $6 not $1.50. Nope.
