Where do I begin!?! At the drive thru, I got on one of the lines 🤦🏽♀️. Then I noticed the other line just passing on while the car in front of me had just stayed there. They were just talking away, not even about food!! I finally get to the girl taking the order and ask my my Crispy chicken Market Salad w extra dressing (they tried creating talking topics, but honestly I just wanted my good & go, sorry but not the place) Finally get to the window & the guys outside the windows, feels he needs to tell me the story oh how he hates hut needs to work! Why! I got my bag, something told me to look in it, well I had grilled chicken, even though I asked for Crispy and NO dressing when I asked for extra!!! Seriously, when I said something, the dude says well let me look at the slip, ah No, I'm telling you, I asked for Crispy Chicken Market Salad w extra dressing! And do you see this in my bag! No! So I had to hear more unwanted chats about the weather, not helping him not wanting to be at work! It's not a great visit this time, Chick-fil-A 😕

Team member Anthony needs training on how to speak , I’m asking for spoon together with ice-cream he is send me to take it myself . And I’m pregnant with a small child . The ice cream had literally two drops of strawberry jam on top , it’s not the first time I’m ordering the same ice cream and I know how it comes out as usual. He speaks half voice , I can hear what he is speaking at least. Waited for my ice cream to be prepared almost 10 minutes. When the order was ready on the counter long ago, he asked me 3 times what ice cream I ordered in a cup or cone, then he was the one who took the order, but 3 times in a row, like making fun of me. Horrible, I’m shaking out of nerves.

Young lady at counter was uninterested in being there and didn't listen to the order and got someone elses order but the food at any location is always amazing best salads ever
I ordered drive thru they handed me HALF my order. I drove all the way home then came back and was understanding of the situation however asked for one fry for the inconvenience (the rest of my food was cold now) Not only did they forget half my food they argued with me and looked at me crazy for asking for a fry for THEIR mistake and the manager even sarcastically asked if I wanted a cookie. No sorry, nothing to make the inconvenience better and even worse he offered a sarcastic “desert” AFTER I mentioned the fry. I ended up asking for the refund instead of the food and of course only got refunded for half the order that they forgot and not the other half that is now cold. Worst experience ever

I eat chick fil an all the time! But the past few months there has been so much disrespect from one certain young girl named Arianna she came to my car and stared at me didn’t say anything to me I said to her hello my name is gonna be Sheffield but she said wait to me and went over to a young boy she was working with and didn’t come back to take my order for about 2-3 minutes. Another girl asked if I had my order taken I said no so she told Arianna to come take my order. She came back to my car more rude than ever saying what do you want nor how can I help you today. I told her my order and she said how hot is it outside looking in my car at my temperature reader she then walked away again without even letting me finish what I wanted my drinks to be and called for someone to trade spots with her. I then said am I gonna pay or do I have to wait longer and she then came to my car with her hand out to take my card. Very disappointed this chick fil a would have never let someone like her work with customers.
