Obviously it's no surprise that most chic Filas have outstanding customer service, but today it needs to be noted what an exceptional experience my visit was at this location. Mainly bc their leadership staff that took care of me w great detail and satisfaction. Isaiah is who helped me, and I tell you what..., he was fantastic! What an incredible Well spoken young man. I'm not sure of his title at work, but he looked as if he ran the entire show. Knowledgeable, patient, energetic, well spoken and seems to be an all around top notch human being. I was blown away w how hospitable and enjoyable my simple ordinary visit was today thanks to such an incredible employee. I wish I could hire an ENTIRE staff of him in my business! WELL DONE ISAIAH AND CHICA CHICA WHAT WHAT!! 10/10

Chic-fil-A is the most efficient fast restaurant in the US , they never mess your order and all the staff is usually polite and that goes a long way , the food is good but not amazing, they just do it different.

Really liked the choice of food. Was looking for something a bit more healthy. Opted for wraps and had choices of alternative sides. Very tasty food. Impressed.

It was colder inside the lobby than it was outside and we are in January. Messed up my order twice. Manager gave me an ugly look the second time I had to go up to fix my order. Just go somewhere else

I wish this Chick-fil-A carried the same standard of excellence and quick-service that others do. I quit stopping at this one a couple years ago because it always took so long to get through compared to others. I thought I’d try my luck again today since there was hardly a line for breakfast…couldn’t get through in less than 20 minutes :( very sad that this one hasn’t updated its drive-through services to match the quality and level that we all know the company can uphold.

Ordered online about 25 -30 minutes ago. Food isn’t ready. It turns out that, when you order online at home, they don’t prepare your order until you walk im and let them know you are here. Asked twice for an update. Employees both walked past me both times without a response. Now, it’s been 40 minutes. Finally, someone else notices how long I’ve been waiting, jumps on the order and gets it out super fast. Tries to tell me the best option to order online and explains the app process. He didn’t even know that customers can order online. That’s terrible training. This one-star review is on the process, the person who supposedly put in my order when I got there and the two who kept ignoring me. The fourth person was excellent.
