I placed an order for our family in the drive thru. They forgot my kids sandwich and gave us the wrong drink. On our way to an event, we immediately called the location and let them know we couldn’t return at that time. The restaurant said they were sorry and would make it right. My kid ate his fries, but had nothing else to eat. When we went back to the location, I asked for fresh fries with the sandwich for my kid and the restaurant manager said, “No. “I should have said something when I called.” WAY TO MAKE IT RIGHT! Poor customer service. Especially when you made a mistake and said you’d make it right for our inconvenience.

Drive thru isn't the meeting spot. Had to wait for a full blown conversation to end at the window, between an employee and customer.

The service and visit was amazing. The food tasted great until the whole family got food poisoning. So our Disney trip was ruined because everyone couldn’t leave the bathroom for the life of us. I won’t be coming to this location anymore. But overall I love chick fil A. I live in Florida but more south and that’s not the case over here. No food poisoning. This location needs to do better.

Ms. Suzie handles this store with so much care and grace. It is obvious she is passionate about what she does and puts love into everything she does even a simple dinner. She took care of me and my family and chatted with the kids so nicely. She offered them a special treat which made their whole day. She even helped mom with making sure the kids were good before leaving the store since her hands were full. Chick fil a has always been my favorite but the staff at this store has secured my business for life.

Omg y’all 😅 I had just moved to the area and was already having the most stressful day. On my way to grab Chick-fil-A for my son before work, I kept driving in circles like I’d never seen a drive-thru in my life 🤦🏽♀️😂
So I finally called the store for help, and the sweetest manager answered. Not only did he give me directions, but he also promised me a chocolate chip cookie if I actually found it 🍪😋
When I pulled up, the whole crew was waiting for me like they’d been counting down for “Waggy” to arrive 🤗🥲 The welcome I got at the window was everything—funny, sweet, and honestly the highlight of my day 🥹❤️

I got the caramel mocha it’s so good
To start the line in drive thru was long which I do not mind there food is good but to wait 20 min just to get my order wrong. They forgot my sandwich and sauces in the bag so I had to park and get down and on top of that tell me they could only give me a regular spicy because they're employee herd wrong as well.I ordered a deluxe not just the regular so the manager could not accommodate they're mistake apon mistakes they made and just give me what I asked for. I even asked for a large meal and they just made my fries large and gave me a medium drink. It was an overall bad experience with them never coming back to this Chick-fil-A and for ppl that read this if you can go somewhere else do so avoid the headache.
