I tried the Olivia Rodrigo cookies, and the cookie look nothing like the picture also two of the cookies that I ordered barely had any frosting on it so instead of adding more, she just took another one out of the refrigerator and replaced it but that one also had very little frosting and she switched out one of the cookies for a regular chocolate chip cookie, which I never asked for, but I didn’t notice I was just all around disappointed
The absolute best chocolate chip cookie I've had in my life, the other options are always different and fun to try. They aren't busy so the service is always friendly and quick. And I love the way the store looks overall, the aesthetic of the pink box for a bakery is nostalgic. I've recommended Crumbl to so many friends and family.
