This was the worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle. This is the second time I’ve had to wait over 20 min in the drive thru lane, with only one car in front of me. When I pulled up to the window, I waited at least an additional 5-10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me (30 min past my pickup time at this point).The manager, Martin Castillo, tried to tell me that because my order was not in their system, I would have to leave the line and call customer service to replace my order. I showed him both the order in the chipotle app and my bank statement to prove that my order had processed. I was told my order didn’t actually process (it did) and it wasn’t their fault, it’s the system and they needed to help other customers in the line, so I needed to pull around to the back of the line before they would help me. This didn’t seem like good customer service to me so I asked if they were going to refuse to give me the food I paid for, I wanted his name and his managers name and he told me he was the only manager and they would give me my food if I pulled around. Because most of my lunch break was wasted on this, I asked if I could instead pull into a mobile order parking spot and he agreed.An employee brought my food out about 5 minutes later and tried to explain their drive thru policy and that higher ups were watching so they were just trying to move things along, with some colorful language. Because these wonderful policies were not extended to me, her explanation was only making things worse, and my time at this awful location longer. The final kicker was that they did not even give me my full order, but I didn’t have time to go back.

Whoever the chef is needs a raise. Only bad thing is they try to charge you for extra rice and ring it up as like 3 sides of rice.. all other chipotles just ring it up as 1 side.

This location service is beyond horrible.Racist to be exact.Total wasted time: 1 Hour at this location.My daughter was waiting in the car since 10:45AM for food. App said order is ready for pickup at 11:25AM. I went to drive-thru and waited 20 minutes (the lane stopped that long for 1 car).I went inside hopefully to pick up my order and be on my way. NOPE, I was being ignored from left and right. So I went from Pick Up lane to Dine-In Lane. I stood there looking at the Cashiers and all the employees. NONE come to ask a single question or give me any attention 20 Minutes being ignored, they looked at me then looked away. One lady that work at the dine-in lane give me the Smirk, we are in 2023 and Racist still exist. I get it Employees are overwork and the manager is not smart enough to comprehend the situation within this restaurant. Did I give up? I left the building and went back to the drive-thru lane baby. Basicly, I had tried all of this chipotle's lanes.I have never been this frustrated. I introduced Chipotle to my wife and daughter for the first time and this is what I get.A MasterPiece of Poor Service.$31 for a bag Full of Frustration.And in the end,My order was missing items. So yes, I went back to the drive-thru again How Nice.I will never coming back or visit any Chipotle's Mexican Grill or their Sub-Chain.

Dirty, unkept, seats/tables greasy, no utensils. I ordered a big of chips but was told they were sold out. However they had small bags of chips o chips but that were 4x smaller but were less than $.50 cheaper. Lol go figure.They announced that there would be a 20 min wait for chicken. I was there for 15 min in line no one was cooking chicken. They waited until they ran out. There were buses of baseball/softball players throughout the day (not while I was there) but while I was standing there waiting no one was cooking chicken. It was actually good for me, because when they announced the wait for chicken half of the line left. I only waited another 15 min.Before I walked in, I pulled up to the drive thru and waited over 15 min only to be told this was for online orders only. I might have missed this on the sign?? Next question would be if it was for online order pickup why did it still take me that long to get to the pickup window.Online ordering was not working when I tried to place an order before I headed to the restaurant. I tried on my phone and desktop. I completed the order, but after a time out I received a message that payment was not available but I could still pay in the store. I tried multiple times to submit but nothing happened.I would skip this place and go to one where they are more organized.

This Chipolte location just keeps getting worse.Today I stood in line behind a total of 5 people for 20 minutes.They only had 1 person working the front line and no one at point of sale(register-checkout).The one person making the food burned the quesadilla twice and had to remake.There were no napkins,forks,sauces and the trash cans were full. Patio had trash all over the patio and 2 employees had their breaks there and didn’t pick up.Our family loves Chipolte and it’s the only one close to us so we keep hoping it will get better.They need a constant 2 people working the food line and 1 person the register and it would be better.

This chipotle has truly gone downhill. You order ahead of time and it's not ready, the food is cold, the presentation is a joke (see my pic), and prices are now ridiculous! I used to love this Chipotle but it's not worth the drive anymore. I won't be coming back.

Always out of food, portions are small, and the hot press is always down. The total price of my order is never the same even though I come frequently and order the same items exactly every time. Rude service from management. Don’t waste your time. Chipotle has gone downhill and they seem to be the same everywhere now.

Horrible experience at this location!! Never again! Ordered online 4 bowls with double steak and toppings and when I arrived home realized I got 4 half empty bowls!!! Then!!! I call the store, ask to speak to a manager and the person on the phone says she’s a manager but refuses to give her name?!?!? Ridiculous!! I’ll be in tomorrow to get my refund and never again go back to this location. Shame on you all, we work hard for our money!!

Online ordered for pickup at designated time. Get there waited an additional 15 mins to even get to speak with a staff member. Who then said my order was ready, then I said ok where is it? Then proceeded to then tell me it’s not ready. Then rudely walked away huffing and puffing. An additional 15 mins goes by and still no food. For them to tell me they are out of multiple ingredients on my order. Which apparently is what I was waiting on the entire time. Why could they just tell me this instead of wasting my time? This chipotle location sucks. Wouldn’t recommend. They are in a busy area but the staff here can not handle it and need to be retrained.
