Subject to change but as of right now the lady in there making the pizzas is phenomenal. Place is always clean. This location does charge more than others though.

I came here to use the bathroom because I couldn’t find any other bathroom in this little plaza and I walked straight to the bathroom only to come out and be bombarded by this worker telling me I have to ASK him to use the restroom cause it’s a buffet what does that have to do with it first of all and he could’ve explained the situation better cause how are you gonna sound dumb and be rude If there was a sign by the bathroom to say for customers only, I would’ve respected the policy and left but this guy didn’t have to be a complete jerk

Don't go to that place, they are super rude I was waiting for more than 15 minutes in the hall to place an order and there was no one at the box to pay, after waiting so long a boy came to serve us and I treated the people who were behind me very badly just because it was a little difficult for them to place the order because they spoke Spanish this boy insulted them in a very racist and rude way when they only wanted to pay for lunch, I put a star on them because I can't place 0

Great pizzas and great service we got from the employee name Michael. The most fun part is a game zone that me and my kids enjoyed alot.

We went there at dinner rush time, the place was really busy but the service and food was excellent. The person at the counter explained the whole concept of the buffet and if we didn’t like any pizza on the buffet ,we had an option to order special requests that was really good. Great service, awesome staff. Everyone working there was commendable . Alot of games for kids aswell for them to have fun.

I had such a great experience at this Cicis Pizza! The buffet was constantly being refreshed with hot, fresh pizza, and the staff went out of their way to be welcoming. There was a good variety—pepperoni, specialty pizzas, salad, pasta, and the classic cinnamon rolls. The restaurant was clean and family-friendly. Definitely one of the best budget-friendly places to grab a meal! Will definitely be back.

I paid 50 for 3 people and my wife had a pice of macaroni for the pizza and to try it and made me pay another 10 bucks for that after I felt very uncomfortable because the manger was staining at us I have been coming to the location for the last 7 years will never come again

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any CiCi’s! I Paid for two adult buffets upfront. Asked for a water cup. The fountain water tasted terrible (metallic and undrinkable), so I put a tiny bit of soda in the same cup. The cashier who took my money immediately walked to the back of the dining room to watch me, then started pointing me out and talking about me to another employee in front of other customers.
Before I could even take a single bite of food, I was so upset by how I was being treated that I asked for a full refund and to leave. What should have been a simple refund turned into a 15-minute ordeal! The cashier insisted I would NOT get a full refund and that I’d be charged for a fountain drink whether I liked it or not.
They had to make multiple phone calls (apparently to a manager who wasn’t there) just to process a basic refund.
I eventually did get my money back in full, but only after being argued with and delayed.

I paid for two buffets and literally didn’t eat a single bite because of how hostile and accusatory the staff was over a few cents of soda. Treating paying customers like criminals, publicly shaming them, arguing about refunds, and making people jump through hoops to get their own money back is ridiculous.
There are too many other places in town that know how to treat customers with basic respect. This location won’t see another dime from me or anyone I know!

The guy tried to pressure us into buying a drink, trying to ignore me when I said I just wanted a cup of water and not a bottle of water. Come to find out they don't have a free cup of water with your buffet. The guy was rude and pushy and the buffet looked very old and half eaten anyways, so we left.

New owners have downgraded the place. They now do a slow bake on the pizza limiting the supply, it seems deliberately keeping the options low. The kicker is now you can't just get tap water!!! If you want a drink you must buy the over-priced soda or buy a bottle of water.
New owners have removed the water button from the soda machine!! Unbelievable way to try to increase profits and screw patrons who might be already on a budget.
Be cautious going now.
New owners are going to pinch every penny at the risk of losing customers.
Also, pretty sure it isn't acceptable practice to be an owner or employee and wear flip-flops in the kitchen of a restaurant.

Honestly it said on maps they closed at midnight and we came in at 8:30 to find out they close at 9 so we were worried about old food and angry staff. But, they were very accommodating, made 3 fresh pizzas and cheese sticks and were super nice. The whole team! Thanks guys, we didn’t want to keep you late! But you were so nice!

It was okay. Been to better Cici's but been to worse. Small arcade and half the games didn't work. Not a lot of pizza choice unless you request a whole one made to order.
