review dropped from 5 to 3. i am now in a wheelchair and almost everytime i visit there is seats and everytime they tell me they don’t know if they can move them. so dont sell the seats? and if they do it, they send one kid in and he struggles and its so awkward and uncomfortable. he should not have to do that. if wheelchair seats are sold, why not move them especially when i usually buy the day before. in addition, napkins and anything else is out of reach and the door is so heavy i have to wait for someone or i have to have someone walk me in. the accessible restroom also has this issue with the door and is often very dirty and soaking wet. do i just have my dog stand in a puddle of mystery water or not use the bathroom at all?

we visit frequently, and the only reason i continue to go is the accessibility with my service animal, because everything else isn’t. my service dog has attended 5 movies now and i will give them, never have i had an issue and never have i had staff try to talk to her. thank you for this.

on this account i review places i go with my service dog, barbie. i took my service dog to her first movie here, and i was really impressed with it. i wasn’t treated differently because of my service animal, they have a really good variety of snacks, the staff was really nice to us. we will be back.

My family went to the movies to watch "Captain America," "A Brave New World!" The theater was nicer than it appeared on the outside. It has a bar for gatherings. It was a pleasant time.

Good price at the box office!

1st time here. Loved it. Very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly.

That new little manager with blonde hair guy. His attitude is poor although my girlfriend thinks he's a scared little guy. Either teach him how to be cordial or do us a favor and get rid of him.

Would be fine if they updated the seats. If it’s a luxury movie theater shouldn’t the seats not hurt to sit in?

Very nice movie theather with a great and attentive staff...

Terribly unstaffed. Place was packed on a Sunday evening and there were only 2 people at the counter. We waited more than 15 minutes in line for popcorn with people cutting in line all the time. No one was even checking for tickets, practically a free for all. Terrible chairs, not the comfy recliners that 99% of the good movie theaters have them nowadays. Between tickets, soda and popcorn, I spent more than 100 bucks for a party of three. My recommendation is that you avoid this place as there are MUCH better options in a 15 minute radius. It was our first time here and We will never be back at this location.

Best movie theater around. I drive 30 minutes and pass other theatres to come here.

*Freezing in the Theater!*

"Saw🎬 'Flight Risk' here recently. While the lobby was comfortably warm🙂 (much appreciated during the recent cold snap!), the theater itself was absolutely freezing. It felt like the AC was on full blast🤷🏼‍♂️. Was this intentional for some kind of immersive experience, or are you concerned about the slushies melting? 🥶 Otherwise, the movie🎬 was good."
