We ordered the Patacón with Picaña, and it was exceptional. Instead of bread, two crispy fried plantains (patacón) cradle tender, perfectly seasoned Picaña steak, along with cheese, lettuce, and their signature sauces. The combination of sweet plantain, savory steak, and cool toppings is addictive.
