Love eating at Cracker Barrel. But hate your checkout. Half the time I stop at Cracker Barrel and pay with a credit card or debit your terminal STOPS my process and demands I rate your service.
If I have a question or problem, I’ll ask for a manager. I don’t want to be held up at checkout to answer questions. When the survey pops up, I put in zero and will continue to do that until you stop holding up my payment process.
Our meals were served at separate times, my wife’s baked potato after dinner was finished and it was hard and under cooked. Very Poor
Turkey special on Thursday was awful. Stuffing was terrible to eat, similar to eating sand. Turkey was very good gravy was loaded with celery which made it strange to eat. Service was excellent.
