Love eating at Cracker Barrel. But hate your checkout. Half the time I stop at Cracker Barrel and pay with a credit card or debit your terminal STOPS my process and demands I rate your service.
If I have a question or problem, I’ll ask for a manager. I don’t want to be held up at checkout to answer questions. When the survey pops up, I put in zero and will continue to do that until you stop holding up my payment process.
