I truly wish I could provide a positive review, but unfortunately, that is not possible in this case. During my visit, there was a cockroach visibly crawling near our table, which I will address in more detail shortly.
The most positive aspect of our experience was the server who attended to our table; she was polite and attentive. However, the restaurant itself appears to be in a dire state of disrepair and neglect. The smell upon entering was unpleasant, the floors were sticky, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable.
As seen in the attached photos, a cockroach was present on the floor near our table. We immediately informed the staff, but no apology, discount, or acknowledgment of the issue was provided. This raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards of this establishment, as the presence of one cockroach often suggests there are more.
It is my strong belief that local health authorities should inspect this restaurant to ensure public safety. I sincerely hope the owners take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to the hygiene and overall maintenance of the establishment.

Kitty was efficient and brought everything we ask for. She was also honest about any up charges and so friendly. The hostess also got us the closest table possible so someone with a walker didn’t have to walk far. The GM also complimented my bag when we left. We love this spot!
