Their system for pick up orders it is terrible. They dont write the complete names of the people the order belongs to and dont place the bags in the correct order service whether it is Uber, Doordash or First Watch. The staff is completely overwhelmed therefore custer service is out the window. This time I was right next to my order bag for 20 mins, I asked the lady managing the orders to double check if it was my order and she replied that the name did not match, she suggested...read full review
On vacation from the UK, went to First Watch in Fort Lauderdale 5 years ago and loved the Breakfast so when I returned to the USA after 5 years just had to look them up in Orlando, in smell as I walked in was amazing! Nothings changed, great Breakfast and Great Service, I’ll be back this week!
