Update: we did speak to Ron, the manager. He explained thins better to us. And I still would rather just tip and enjoy my dinner. But I feel better about things now. So thank for that Ron.Our nacho meat was cold. Our fries had the brisket and cheese that was cold. Our skillet was cold. We ate it. It wasn't bad. The flavor was good. Our food overall was good. We were rushed to our table and told about this 20% fee. Not understanding it fully. Our fault. It's my fault for sure....read full review

Food was sooo good we had a party of 11 and everyone enjoyed we barely had leftovers. The staff was all so friendly and pleasant, they even customized my meal for me because I do not eat pork. We will definitely return! This is a great spot for brunch, lunch or dinner!

Check your food to make sure it has all the ingredients shown on the menu. They cheap out on everything like a third world country restaurant. I asked the waiter for guacamole which is on the menu and had to eat the burger cold and it never
