It was such a delightful surprise stumbling upon this family restaurant! Initially, I was on a mission for some classic fish and chips for lunch, but the moment I caught a whiff of the incredible smoked BBQ wafting from inside, my plans instantly changed. And I'm so glad we did!
The first thing that struck me was how immaculate the place was. It felt welcoming and well-cared for. Our server, Brenda, was absolutely awesome – friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
Now, let's get down to the star of the show: the food. Oh. My. Goodness. The brisket is simply to die for. Seriously. The smoky flavor is absolutely perfect – not overpowering, just a beautiful, deep richness. Pairing that incredible brisket with their homemade BBQ sauce/rub is a match made in culinary heaven! We're big fans of a little kick, and their version definitely delivered, as did their fantastic homemade secret Honey Mustard sauce. It really is their Rolls Royce! They need to bottle it up and sale them to us!
The BBQ chicken was also a winner – tender and full of flavor. And as if that wasn't enough, we indulged in their fried pickles, which were the perfect crispy and tangy accompaniment.
If you're looking for some seriously good BBQ in a clean and welcoming atmosphere with fantastic service, look no further. Take the chance – you won't regret it!

My 17 year old daughter and I walked into this restaurant today 12/15/25 for the first time. I saw a picture in the window of a potato that I wanted to try. My daughter was walking ahead of me because she had to use the restroom really bad. The lady behind the counter didn’t greet us or smile, but instead she said, “Our restroom is for customers only.” I looked at her and said, I wanted to try the potato in your window, but never mind. I have never been inside a restaurant who treated potential customers this way, so I’ll never go back.

First time here from the Midwest. I was highly disappointed 😞. We spent around 50 bucks for the Table for 2 and the meat portions were small. I didn't care for the Mac n cheese, the creme corn was so-so, the baked beans reminded me of canned pork n beans out of the store. The corn muffins...well I've had better. I won't be going back. Atmosphere was ok, service was good...I just didn't care for the food.

On top of that, the customer service is excellent — very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

This beautiful hidden gem must be discovered. When you walk in the server is very sweet and helpful, the food is delicious. New management, you guys need to come and support good food.

Some of the best pulled pork and brisket. Very clean place
Finally able to be a part of the clean plate club at a BBQ restaurant again! The brisket was like butter! Fork tender and smoked to perfection. The corn nuggets are better than any other I've ever tasted, sweet yet savory. Jessie was amazing and very personable. We will for sure be back.

Some of the best BBQ i had in a long time. Ribs juicy and tender, coleslaw was spot on. Green beans were perfect. French fries were seasoned perfectly. And their honeycomb shaped cornbread was excellent. And real southern sweet tea. The staff and the owners were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. And I would highly recommend this place to anyone that loves barbecue, and people to talk to. I will most definitely be returning. Thank you very much, from a northern transplant.
