I’m a regular Starbucks customer I went the other day to get a grande refresher(combined with strawberries, dragon fruit and lemonade) and more than half of grande cup was ice than the actual drink itself. I brought it up to the barista’s attention and was told nothing they can’t do! Since when?? I can understand if there was a line or some sort, no line and it wasn’t at a busy time. I’m extremely disappointed paying for a drink that was mostly ice! I guess next time will ask for a cup of ice!! Do better next time!!

I always come here & order a venti mocha cookie crumbl frappe with NO whipped cream yet they always add whipped cream not just at the bottom of my cup but on top as well. This happened twice. I know they heard me both times when I said I didn’t want whipped cream. Next time I’ll just have to ask for it to be remade.

I stopped in for a much wanted coffee. I do not spend money on coffee at STARBUCKS; because, of cost. But, I was here. (And, I missed my morning cup.)..Quick service despite a small line. Snacks and sweet offerings looked appealing. I ordered a regular coffee. YUMMY. Could have been hotter. Service was Great. Thanks Rocky

Went to target, got a coffee at Starbucks, went back a little later to get a refill, the girl looked at me like I asked her to solve a differntial equation, then one of em said we don't have any coffee, AT STARBUCKS. Then I found out apparently it takes a team meeting to figure out if you get a refill on a medium coffee. Unfortunately, I didn't have an extra 45 mintues to attend the daily staff refill meeting so I said: Thanks, don't worry about it, and left. ??? unprofessional, and horrible customer service.

Coffee at this location has always been good when I get it. Food is a hit or miss though. Sometimes, it looks like it was assembled by a McDonald's employee, with the contents not being fully inside of the sandwich. Overall, I can't complain though. I haven't had a bad experience here since it's been open yet.

it was a quick stop as I was traveling, but the service was awesome and they had everything I needed. The iced coffee and vanilla petite scones are fabulous!

When ordering a mocha cookie crumble frappe or just the standard mocha frappe, it always sucks at this location. We’ve tried monthly when in the area thinking maybe it’s just who we had make it but it’s consistent on the lack of flavor and it’s so soupy more like a drink than a frappe. We hope the new Starbucks by championsgate / 4 corners area is better when they open
