Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a great atmosphere and is clean, with friendly baristas who often provide excellent customer service. One customer had the BEST experience, noting a barista was super pleasant, friendly, and nice, putting a smile on everyone’s face. The Frappuccino is delicious, and the food and drinks are the usual Starbucks quality. However, some experiences are negative. One loyal customer who buys a vanilla, sweet cream, cold brew with a double shot of espresso daily received a milky drink without the paid-for double shot, feeling orders are rushed. Another customer had a very bad experience being ignored and talked to with an attitude when asking for a mobile order. The music inside can be way too loud, and the ceiling fans cannot be turned off because the staff does not have access to the remotes, making it uncomfortable. Despite this, customers enjoy the egg bites and sandwiches, and always the cappuccino with an extra double shot of espresso at this clean, fast, new location.
