Twice with the same barista I’ve had issues, no other barista gives problems when my fiancé and I order at drive thru but the same one has an attitude and always complains she can’t hear me when I order. My fiancé yesterday got annoyed she couldn’t add whip cream to the drink that comes with whip cream despite him saying it multiple times at drive thru window(after she made a point of saying she couldn’t hear me he ordered instead-again no one else has an issue with me ordering from the passenger side) instead handing us a cup of whip cream like if we were asking for a puppicino? We’re in the car and couldn’t even be given a lid for it and for whatever reason she asked if we wanted a straw so my fiancé had said yes thinking it was because the drink was going to be in a dome lid- aside from that I’ve been ordering my drinks decaf due to being pregnant and having a heart condition. Yeah my heart monitor went off within minutes of me beginning to drink the drink that was obviously not made decaf- the lack of customer service that occurs whenever that “shift supervisor” is in the floor is severely bad.

Very unprofessional very slow work space i have tried to get food an drinks here 4 times an every single time i’ve mobile ordered & it’s never ready after even 10 minutes. Employees are very disrespectful to customers an HR needs to visit this location to help them out.

Rude staff at this location, and terrible tasting drinks as well.

Came in about 10 minutes before closing, and the girl working was irked that I came in. I would’ve come in sooner, but I JUST got out of the emergency room after being attacked by a deranged homeless guy. Said irked employee just stared at the order screen and pretended to play with the window while ignoring me and side eyeing me to see if I’m still waiting, as if to run out the clock so I couldn’t order anything.

Eventually she looks in my direction and I have to shout across the counter, “are y’all still open?” because she won’t walk over to me. She paused and said she’ll be right with me, in a lazy annoyed monotone voice. She then started playing with the leftover tea concentrates and continued to ignore me and not take my order, until eventually another equally irked employee came to take my order.

Both lattes I ordered tasted like sugary milk drinks with a drip of coffee. And the hot latte I ordered felt half empty when I grabbed it from the counter. After waiting for my drinks and being in ungodly pain from the homeless guy incident, I asked the initial rude girl behind the counter for a straw. She couldn’t even be human enough to hand it to me, she just threw it at the counter and rolled her eyes at me. I’m also a disabled veteran. It sickens me that this is the country and people I served to protect.

The disrespect and lack of craftsmanship here is unreal.

My second time at this Starbucks, it’s the closest to my daughters apartment. When I visit, I leave way before anyone wakes for coffee. The service is amazing, especially for a coffee shop. From ordering help( I can’t see at dark)to a pupachino at the window(took the granddog with me)best Starbucks service I’ve probably ever had

Asked for assistance from multiple employees they refused to help. The manager on duty couldn’t even get me the customer service number for the refund of a drink I paid for but the app errored. I work in the service industry and was appalled by the lack of care or help I received. Yes I would absolutely like a manager to call me!

I have been order same drink for over 20 years in different Starbucks all over Florida. Now, I moved across the streets of this Starbucks I believe they used different ingredients than other locations. I tired several time but It so bad I prefer to go to the one in Posner Park (7 miles drive and crazy traffic)
Suggestion: Place straws /napkins next to pick up area not all the way down.

Just waited 20 minutes and left with no drink because it took so long. Not a single drink was actually given to anyone while I waited. I called and they said they’re busy and that’s normal. 20 minutes for any beverage, coffee or craft cocktail isn’t normal. Maybe a Michelin rated coffee service perhaps? Not Starbucks. Hire some folks.

I wouldn't say I am a regular, but I come in frequently, maybe once a week. I come through between 6:30-7am. The morning shift employees are always the nicest people. They compliment my cup and are generally pleasant for it being so early. This location is my favorite :)

Out of pumpkin bread so ended up with a mugging it was dry. I was down the road already otherwise I would have took it back. There items aren't cheap

Wonderful! Adam here is very nice! He helped me redeem my birthday drink. I got a venti decaf caramel macchiato with 2% milk and sugar free vanilla. It's very good.
