I went there this morning around 10:30 and found the manager to short with me when I mentioned a problem with their site for online ordering . This person should be taking a class in being pleasant to their customers .
Transplanting from NY, we are constantly in search of good bagels. We stopped in as a two to stay. We found a very casual atmosphere with lots of seats. The establishment is fairly new and was bright and clean. Ordering through Gloriana was a pleasure . She mentioned the Einstein App which saved us some money and offered a free bagel and smear for signing up. Mark the District manager jumped in to make sure all was going well. This place has officially changed my opinion on bagels, after my first visit I was already planning on when I was coming again. The establishment is very clean, the staff are so friendly they even helped my indecisive self pick which bagel I would enjoy the most. I also have to give a shoutout to the general manager Mark, he came by asking us how we liked our food and when we asked if he liked the ice coffee here he went to the back and made us a cup.
