Found a hidden gem that I wasn't even looking for lol. I was on my way to Haines City Walmart with my husband and I wanted bakery type food. Google search gave me this recommendation even though the amount of reviews were small (assuming they probably opened recently) the rating was a 5.0. Tati's cakes and coffee shop in Haines City. Ended up here accidentally great service cashier was really nice. Coffee was good pastries were really good. They even gave us a free sample of cake wich was very good. Definitely come back and try the breakfast next time.
